1. First Impressions (Score: 19/20):
   When i first opened your website i got a selection page asking me whether i wanted to go to the forum or to the origional website, since im revieweing the forum i would go to the forum but i think that this page is great and very well designed. It gives a really proffesional feel to your forum before you've even entered. I also like the way that in the bottom left you have a hit counter showing how many people have accessed your site and wow thats alot(but with the number only there, how would guests know that it is the number of people visited on your site so my suggestion here is to have specific statement there like 'number of people visited on the site' or anything you like'). When i clicked the bottom it took me to the portal which looks well arranged and has a proffesional feel to it. Also I love the way that when you log in the welcome message changes to your name. I think that is a great aspectand it makes everyone of your members feel special. I can also see that you have a christmas theme on with a snow script which is always nice to add the christmas touch to your forum. On your main forum you also have a count down till christmas, i really love this feature and i think as first impressions go, yours looks like a really proffesional forum! (one thing I also noticed something odd is on the homepage, I mean, the major graphics on the homepage have calming blue styles/colors while the background of the homepage is medium green, the homepage will look more good if you would partners it's colors with its graphics, colors such as calming blue will do)
   
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):
   You have one main categoery which you have headed "PLEASE CHOOSE A DEPARTMENT" this is a great idea to have 7 forums that are all seperate things, then having inside the forums another lot split into seperate things. I think this works really well because your index isn't too long. Having all your forums split into categoeries is a great thing as it makes your forum easier to navigate and makes it look very organised. One thing i would say is that you have too many forums overall, you really need to try and merge some forums that have a very similar purpose. At the moment there are just too many and makes your forum look crowded which is not a good thing, although it doesn't make your forums look any less organised.(it's not really crowded and there's less forum on the index, didn't also forums having same functions so no need of changing here.) So i think you have done really well in the organisation of your categoeries and forums and each forum has its purpose. Your forum descriptions all work well and are not too long. Good Work!

   Banner: (4/5)
   Your banner looks really well designed and has a very proffesional feel to it, it also has a christmas theme with the snowman and the christmas tree. I love the way its cartoon as it fits in with your forums theme more, it just wouldn't look the same with a real christmas tree. The banners background is also good with the slight glow effect in the middle where it gets lighter and it fits with your theme. One thing i would say is that the light blue and the dark blue don't go together as well as i would of thought so really you need to add a small border around your banner to make it fit properly with your forums background.(not really need but it will look more god if you make it darker a little bit) Also the green text that says a forum social network(what seems fading is the word 'happy' on the background, if you will stare at it, it really looks fading, especially the 'ha' part, so try to fix that) doesn't stand out against the light blue and is really hard to read, try changing the text colour to something darker so it stands out. Overall an awesome banner, good work!
   Navigation Bar: (5/5)
   Your navigation bar is simplistic, but it works well with your theme, it might be simplistic, but the green colour and the text font adds a nice touch to the forum and it is all you would ever need for a navigation bar! all the words are equally spaced, there all consistant with each other and they are centered well. Your navigation is perfect and it doesn't need improving, i can't find anything wrong with it!
   
   
2. Images & Icons (Score: 9/10):
   Your forum pictures for each forum you have are great and i can't find a single problem with any of them they area all great, good work on the forum pictures. Your "new posts", "no new posts" and "forum locked" icons are great as they match your navigation bar and the text font of them is really cool, each one is clear to see and read and they stand out really well on the white table background of your categoeries. Nothing more to say about the forum icons, they fit really well with your theme and they are easy for members to distinguish what there purpose is because, well, it says on them! Your topic icons are good aswell they look great against your white categoery table backgrounds and they are clear to see and underatand what they mean, there not as good as your forum icons but there good enough. One thing i would say is on the blue background they look all rough and jasggared round the edges as they only work on white backgrounds, this doesn't make them look good, you need to edit them again and get rid of the white outlines which aren't consistant so that they don't look a mess on the blue background where it tells you what each icon means. Other than that they are easy to figure out there purpose and they do fit well with your theme if there on a white background. Also you have some special icons for certain things like the "urgent" icon which looks great, all your cutom icons look as good as the normal icons so great work there. Your "who is online?" icon also fits well with the rest of the theme and the text stands out really well! the green against the blue background makes it look like its glowing and stands out alot, just like the white ? below which is bigger and also fits with the navigation bar and the rest of the theme. Great icons!
   
   
3. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
   As ive said in the "categoeries & forums" section of this review, you forum is layout out very well, and your forum widgets being shown only down the right hand side makes it look very organised. nothing more to be said! this is great! Now on to your colour scheme, well your navigation bar fits with your who is online? image and the posts icons which keeps some consistancy. Your banner fits with the forum colour scheme of blue and white very well and so does your topic icons. Your colour scheme is well thought out and i don't believe you could of done any better with it! It gives a very consistant and proffesional feel to the whole of your forum as everything matches perfectly! the only thing you could do is to add a border around the banner to make it fit the scheme more but its not that important. Good work!

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score: 9/10):
   You have 7 groups and i think 3 of them are staff groups, Administrators, moderators and staff. You have 2 administrators, which is good you really don't need anymore and you have the perfect amount. Most sites have 2 administrators as its the best amount you can have. You also have 2 moderators, which again is the perfect amount to have as for a forum of your size, 2 moderators should just about do you. And you have 5 additional staff, which in my opinion is just too many you should have 3 additional staff at most although i am finding it hard to find the point of the staff group. And the rest of your groups are usergrops and they seem reasonably populated to me so there all good.
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 8/10):
   You have 3 staff groups and 4 user groups displayed in legend. I think you have put your groups in the wrong order in legend as it should be in arder of importance so staff groups first, administrators, moderators then staff, then your usergroups next again in order of importance so member of the month, V.I.P, The magicals and then the members. If you do this your groups will look more organised. Your staff groups seem to have there purpose although the group named "staff" its hard to fins a purpose for, are they like back-up moderators or something? Anyway presuming they do have an importance thats good, 3 staff groups is all you will need. i think really 4 usergroups is a bit too many, the magicals group has no purpose at all so really that one should be the one to go. Then the amount of groups will be better.
