Generalities
- First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
When i first entered your site i noticed that you have a detailed background which stands out alot, i also noticed that amazing banner you have thats really well design and tells you instantly what the forum is about, below you have a clear navigation bar thats well designed, everything looks proffesional. Your forum opens on the portal, this is good as its like a hom epage and it adds somethin gto your forum so its not just a forum. Your portal seems well designed and layed out. there are amny pictures on your portal and there all well designed. Having pictures helps your portal look more than just some writing about statistics, and it looks really good the way you have the main topics in the middle and your other widgets round the outside, your portal looks great on first impressions. Your forum has a good layout and some good categoeries, you have made your table background transparent so that you can see the overall forum background, this makes the layout look better and shows off your forums background more, the black outline around your categoery tables makes them stand out from the background which is a great idea s it doesn't look disorganised. Your forum looks good on first impressions well done!
- Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10):
You have 5 main categories which all have there purposes and look like they are all used well. You have 12 forums between your 5 categoeries which in my opionion is too little, this amount of forums means that some of your categoeries only contain forum and 1 sub-forum. The ideal amount of forums per categoery would be 3, 1 is just too little. Mabye you could add a member introduction forum onto the community awareness forum so that your members could introduce themselves and also in doing this you would be improving your forums layout and making all the categoeries have an even amount of forums. Thats your main issue as you have a great amount of sub-forums and none of your forums have an excessive amount of sub-forums, this is good as it means that your keeping your forum organised and not overcrowded with forums. Your forum descriptions are okay and they give the point across although really they could do with being longer so your members get a detailed understanding of what each forum is for, not just a vague description that doesn't tell them alot. So overall you need to add some detail to the forum descriptions and add some more forums to the categories so you have an even amount of forums per categoery.

- Major Graphics (Score: 10/10):
Banner: (5/5)
Your banner is great, you have highly detailed and very vibrant images that make up the main part of the banner which are also conveniently placed diagonally to the right corner, these show a dramatic representation of what your forum is about and gives a very proffesional feel to it too. The text at the top left of your banner also stands out alot as the letters each have a yellow border plus the yellow and red of the text contrats with the grey to make it stand out clearly to. Also the main background of the banner which all the parts are postioned on is great and well designed although i would say that your banner doesn't fit with the background of your forum very well, but it does stand out so thats not a major issue. Good work on the banner, its amazing!
Navigation Bar: (5/5)
Well your navigation bar looks great, the text is clear to read, there images fit with the purpose of the button and the text has a great mirror effect below it making the buttons look like they are mirrors making them look sleek and proffesional. I like the way you have made the end of the navigation bar curve round so it looks like its not just made quickly but to be an elegant design feature too. Your navigation bar fits with your theme and is really well designed, great work!
- Images & Icons (Score: 9/10):
Your forums topic icons look good and dont have a white border around them so look proffesional, they all make sence to there purpose so its easy for members to understand which icon means what, they fit with your forums theme very well and really nothings wrong with them! Good work, they stand out and seem to be well thought out. Your topic icons are the same as your forum icons which shows consistancy throughout your theme, aswell as the fact you have made special icons for the other meanings of icons like the popular icon which has a star in the top left which is there to show its a popular topic and the announcement and sticky icons which again are well desgned and suite there purpose well, your topic icons are as good as your forum icons so there consistant, great work! Your "who is online?" image doesn't fit with your theme very well as it is totally different to anything else on the forum, it doesn't really fit with anything! I suggest that you go and make a new who is online icon that fits with your forums theme better, but apart from that, your icons are great!
- Forum Layout & Color Schime (Score: 9/10):
As i have said before, you have too little forums in your categoeries, you need to add more so that your forum looks well layed out. But apart from that, the rest of your layout seems fine! Your categoeries have a nice black border to make them stand out and so do all the widgets on your portal. Onto your portals layout and everything seems fine there, you got the important topics in the middle in order of date, the latest topics at the top left, and as you go down the portal, you can see that it has all been carefully planned! Nothing wrong with yuor layout. Your colour scheme is great too, you have your icons matching with the navigation bar, and the background matching with the categoery tables too. The white text is consistant throughout along with the icons except for the who is online icon. The only other issue is the banner which doesnt quite fit with the forums background so that is not a big issue but it could be improved.

Usergroups
- Population of Groups (Score: 4/10):
You have 2 groups, But you have 6 admins! this is way way way too many, you only need 2 administrators max for a forum of yuor size, infact, you'd have to have one really active forum to need that many admins. You need to seriously cut down on your admins as you have just way too many! Admin is a special job, you dont just hire loads of people to be an admin, you only hire who you need, any you don't need 6 administrators! Again you have too many moderators, you got 7 mods, which is again too many. You should have 5 at the most to keep your groupd population down and also you dont need 7 moderators to keep your forum clean, 5 should be able to cope fine. What i would siggest would be to split the moderators you haveinto 2 groups like global moderators and moderators. This way you wont have too many people in a group. Global moderators should be able to moderate all forums and moderators should be able to moderate half the forums. This would amke your staff more organised and make yor groups less crowded.
- Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 5/10):
You have too little groups really for a forum with yuor activity, you need about 3 or 4 groups that eahc have there purpose. As ive said in the above section, you could split your big moderators gorup into two groups, global moderators and moderators, then give your best and most active staff, global moderator status and your less active staff moderator status. Also you could have a GFX staff group to help with the design aspects of your forum. So overall you dont have enough groups really so you need to split up the moderators group into 2 seperate groups.

This is a great amount of posts for the amount of members you have got, if you turn that amount of posts into a posts per user ratio then you get 46 posts per user on average.
