Congratulations! Your free forum review has been completed. The forum review will hold many tips, suggestions, comments, and feedback that's convenient and voluntary for your forum. Here is your forum review:

Generalities

  1. First Impressions (Score: 15/20):
When I first opened the forum, I'd observed that it's too dark and the forum is looking plain(especially the otp portion of the forum) with less designs/backgrounds etc. The link led me first to the portal so let's start the review on the portal, the portal is good, I'd seen that there are less widgets on it which makes it look organized, I also liked how widgets are positioned there however, the portal looks very long with lots of news seen on column2(middle), so my suggestion here is to reduce the number of news shown on the 'news' widget so it will not look that long, so try to fix that, I also noticed that the widgets on column1(left and column3(right) have different lengths which makes it look odd so my suggestion here is to have same amount of widgets on these both sides widgets so it will look good, but you had a nice work having welcome message on the portal which shows that you care for your members and guests, so try to adjust some things on the portal, now let's head on to the index, the index looks busy with lots of widgets seen there, some widgets I'd seen there are also seen on the portal which is not good so my suggestion here is to remove the widgets on the index which is already on the portal, this way, it will look more organized, I'd also seen some unique widgets on the index, but it doesn't bother me, the siez of the index is just fine, not too long and not too short, you also had a another welcome message on the index, nice work, so just get those things fixed.

  2. Categories & Forums (Score: 4/10):
When I came up on the index, I first noticed the categories and forums on it, what I observed is they're looking rumbled with lots of categories there, some categories has only 1 forum, there are also a lot of forums which needs to be combined, and doesn't need to have single forums, first, the 'General discussions' and 'Teh Spam/Way Off Topic Box' forums have the same functions which is about chat, they're both off topic so you need to combine these forums, this way, you can reduce confusion on the index, also, chat/off topic forums should be placed at the bottom as they are not realetd to the main purpose of the forum, so try to fix that, I also noticed some forums that doesn't need to have forums, some of these are 'Bans and Unbans', 'Admin Applications', 'Admin Resignation' and 'Admin Abuse' forums, my suggestion to these forums is why not create a topic on the announcement forum where they can propose ban, apply/resign for administration, report an admin etc. this way, the index will look more organized and you can reduce confusions, also, as I'd mentioned above, you have categories with only 1 forums which looks odd so my suggestion here is to have more than 1 forums in a categories so it will look more professional or you can merge some forums on some categories, so definitely just get those things fixed.

Forum Style

  1. Major Graphics (Score: 4/10):
Banner-The banner is not looking that good and not to stand out the most on the forum, as I'd mentioned from the first impressions, the top portion of the forum looks plain blank because of the banner, although it partners with the navigation bars, but it looks plain and not really looking a banner so my suggestion here is to get a newly designed banner, have some images on it and it will look better(1/5)

Navigation Bar-Just like the navigation bars, they also partner with the banner but it looks plain also, although the font looks cool but you can do better than that, try having a more interesting navigation bars with small icons beside it so you can attract more guests. The other navigation bars(new topic & post reply) are better than the main navigation bars, so you can also try making the main navigation bars like this and it will look more better.(3/5)

  2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 4/10):
As I'd mentioned from the first impressions, the forum is looking very dark and plain from the top portion, although it's nice you added some other colors like dark red on the banner and navigation part, but it looks poor having less colors and designs on the forum, the colors of the forum which are dark red and black are good but try adding secondary colors such as medium colors like blue, yellow, red, green etc. that will make it look a little bit more interesting, try also having designed background so the index/portal will not look plain, so try to add some more colors and designs on the forum.

  3. Images & Icons (Score: 7/10):
The 'who is online?' icon looks fine, nice work partnering it's colors with the navigation bars and the banner(major graphics), the same with the font, however, it's not really the best I'd seen, so you can do more better than that, the forumm icons (new post, no new post & forum is locked) are also fine, they look nice and can easily be noticed, so nothing wrong there, the topic icons are just fine and can easily be noticed, so as I'd mentioned above, you can do better here.

Usergroups

  1. Population of Groups (Score: 3/10):
When I first clicked the groups, I'm shocked with how many group members are placed on those groups and it seems that all of them have an admin status as mentioned on the name of the groups, if I'm not mistaken, the owner group has a total of 15 group members which are the founder/administrators of the forum, so this is really shocking with the forum having 15 administrators/owners for 136 members, as I'd observed, the forum is not really that active and the forum has only 136 members, 15 admins/owner is not really needed for now as the forum has a low activity rate, but I don't have any idea on the forum if you really need 15 admins/owner, so my suggestion here is to hide or remove a half of them as guests don't like seeing too many people leading and making decisions on the forum, they will mostly go away, I;d counted about 9 'veteran/head admin', 11 'regular admin', and 12 'trial admin', think about that you almost had all of your members being an admin so this is not really nice for me but as I'd mentioned above, I don't have any idea on your forum why you need so many admins there but if it's not really needed, you need to reduce the number of admins and staff on the forum.

  2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 4/10):

There are about 5 usergroups on the forum, there are bout 4 administration groups on the forum which includes the groups namely 'owner', 'veteran/head admin', 'regular admin' & 'trial admin', what I don't understand is you have 4 administration groups and you also didn't have any moderation group but as I'd mentioned above, I don't have any idea about the forum but as much as possible, have a moderation group and reduce some administration groups on the forum, this way, the forum will look more professional, the colors of the groups are fine. Just try to adjust some groups here.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for not sending the information, since I was without Internet connection for some time due to certain issues with my provider.

I will have in mind all of this, again, thank you.
