Congratulations! Your free forum review has been completed. The forum review will hold many tips, suggestions, comments, and feedback that's convenient and voluntary for your forum. Here is your forum review:

Generalities

  1. First Impressions (Score: 20/20): Last time I saw this forum it was light and now its dark. I like it a lot from coming from light to dark. Forum is well kepted and will be here for a long time.

The theme/skin of the forum is good!
Nice work having greetings message on the index
The size of the index is good(not too long & not too short
The graphics/images of the forum are all looking good
The portal is also good, looks organized

The theme that you have for your forum is really nice; however, unlike MrMario, I am not in favor of the dark theme that you have. Even though it's attractive on your forum, I do not believe that it suits the main topic of your forum: webmastering. The way I see it, you should have more of a light-colored (possibly something that's light-bluish) to fit your forum. But if your members like the dark theme a lot, then I suppose you should just stick with the dark theme. But I still think that you would reach a high level of professionalism with a lighter theme.

  2. Categories & Forums (Score: 10/10): Have a great size of categoires & Forums for the number of users and messages on your forum. I like that you have more forums when you have reached an amount of post on the forum. I would increase the amount so that the users can look forward of something and be interested in getting into them by activity.

Nice amount and set of discussion forums on the index
Each forum has a descriptive/lenghty descriptions which is good
Each forum has large amount of posts(except the 'news' forum)
Nice organization of forums(important forums can be easily be seen, except the suggestion forum)

I totally agree with both of the losers awesome guys above. You have a nice assortment of categories and discussion forums. There are not too much, and there are not too little; you have the ideal amount. I also think that the icons that you used contribute with the discussion forums as well, nice job. I don't see any problems, mistakes, or mispelling with the forum desscriptions either. I believe that this criteria is pretty much set for a perfect score.

Forum Style

  1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
Banner I liked the last banner on the forum when I reviewed it. It kept me interested in the forum even though I don't speak the language the forum does. Make sure there isn't waste of space if you are going to do that make sure that you have a smaller banner.

The banner is looking good with the navigation bars, nothing wrong on it.

The banner looks great. As zoids stated above, it fits with the color of the text of the navigation bar, and I like that. The design of the banner is also pretty nice as well. Great job on the banner.

Navigation Bar I don't get the point in having buttons on the banner it just looks like you are covering some empty space. What you can do is make it so its on the left side or something and have it scroll when you move the page. This way the user can move around the forum better and can always have their navigation in the same place no matter what page it is. Please keep the same color of them it just looks weird having two different colors.

    I agree on MrMario's comment

My opinion is that you just flat-out remove that black navigation bar that you have over there at the right side of the forum... it's ugly, and like Mario said, it takes up way too much space

  2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10): Dark themes are really hard to keep control of. There are a lot of do's and don't for having a dark theme. It looks like you do have everything right from what I have been reading. But then again I don't have the link to the do's and don't for the dark themes to help you in the future. I do know Jalokim knows about it and can help you with dark themes in the future.

I agree above, but the dark theme looks good also, but the forum can look more better

Refer to what I said before:
The theme that you have for your forum is really nice; however, unlike MrMario, I am not in favor of the dark theme that you have. Even though it's attractive on your forum, I do not believe that it suits the main topic of your forum: webmastering. That's my whole perspective on this criteria.

  3. Images & Icons (Score: 10/10): Images bring out the forum really well gives it something new to look at then just a dark theme. You sure know how to keep the images having the same style and size.

As I'd mentioned above, the graphics of the forum is brilliant! Especially on the images on every forums, nothing wrong there, nice work here

I like how you've kept all of the images at a 32x32 size in pixels. The icons themselves are pretty nice as well. Great job on picking out the icons.

I totally agree with MrMario as well.

    Nice amount of groups
The group colors are fine and nice arrangements of groups

The numbers are great since the forum is about forums and all. I would expect sometime in the next 6 months that will double or maybe triple because Forums are getting really popular now of days during the bad economy stages.

120,000 plus posts is brilliant for 854 members only!, nice work here

I was about to say something similar to zoids' comment. But yeah, the activity definitely is brilliant. My forum has about the same amount of members as you, yet it has only about 80,000 something posts. That's pretty good, great work.

  2. Users Active (Score: 8/10): Members connected during last 99 hours : I don't see the point in having the who's online in 99 hours. I would try and make it 72 hours (3 days) So that you and the others can see that users have been online for 3 days or so. Its average for who's online right now looks like the support forum most of the time during the night.

great! There's lots of members logging in each period, but I agree with MrMario, try to set it on 72 or 48 hours since you have lots of members logging in each period, you can see those who are really active

48 hours, like you have it, is good enough. I wouldn't have the users active in the past 72 hours... that's 3 whole days. 48 hours is a lot better. Your forum sure does have a lot of activity and members, nice work on the activity.
