1.User Group Populations/Staff Population(10/10):
Let's get started on the review with the group/staff population, the total number of staff members I'd counted on the forum is 2, which includes 1 administrator and 1 moderator, the total number of staff members on the forum is brilliant relevant to the population of the forum, the forum is still growing so no need to add more staff, let's go further to the review, the number of admins on the forum is only 1 which is only you, nice work, this looks brilliant for 29 members only, you don't need to add more unless the forum is still growing, you can add up to 1 admins if the activity rate of the forum goes up, so no need to add more here, nice work. The total number of moderators on the forum is 1, nice work also here, 1 moderator is great for 29 members, having more than 1 moderators will make the forum look over populated with staff members so no need to add more, same here, once the activity rate of the forum increases, you can add more moderators. Over all, I didn't find anything wrong here so nice work on the criteria, Nice amount of staff!

2.User Groups(8/10):
Legend : [ Administrators ] [ Moderators ] [ Junior Posters ] [ Average Posters ] [ Senior Posters ] [ Active Members ] [ Junior Members ] [ Senior Members ] [ Superior Members ]

As I'd seen, you have too many user groups for 29 members, you had a total of 9 user groups, the whole includes, 2 for staff status and the other user groups are for representing how members are active and posting on your forum, I don't find anything, also, it looks unique having groups like these however, as I'd mentioned above, there are many groups for a growing/starter forum so my suggestion here is to hide them fro the meantime unless the forum gains more activity except the staff groups, for a starter forum, you don't need to colorize all members, my suggestion here is to just have ranks the same as this groups, you can show them up when you had more members and if the activity rate of the forum increases, I didn't find anything wrong on the color of the groups, nice work here. Just try to adjust some of the groups.

3.Post Member Ratio & Quantity(9/10):
Our users have posted a total of 5229 messages
We have 29 registered users
The newest registered user is ylrebmik Smile

The total number of messages posted on the forum is brilliant for 29 members only, this is brilliant, I'd seen several forums with the latest post made yesterday, even though I didn't saw any forums had the latest post made today, it's still normal for a starter forum, but it looks bad to see some forums have no posts and some have less posts, so my suggestion here is to post on the forums having less activity so you can attract more guests on the forum, the post ratio for every members is 180, Brilliant! Now keep posting to keep the forum running!

4.Users Active(8/10):
There is no info available showing how many members logged in each period, but I'll base this criteria on the number of members being most online, there are 11 members being most online, this looks brilliant, this already shows that there are many members coming back on the forum, I can also suggest you to show how many members are being connected every period so guests will see if there are many active members and they will be mostly attracted to the forum. Send out weekly newsletters to get the inactive members back.

General Total:: 35/40
