Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 20/20):
First, I'd reviewed this forum on the past and the forum looks amazing and brilliant! Let's get started with the review, when I first opened the link, it led me to the portal so let's start the review on the portal, the portal looks very neat and it's really looking organized, the widgets found there are really nicely presented and looks professional to where they are, I also noticed amazing graphics there like on the widget named 'welcome to fuji planet!', looks gorgeous! The portal has also a nice size, not too long and not too short, nice work, I don't see any flaws on the portal so let's head on to the index part, when I first came in to the index, I saw nice designs on it, nice blending of colors such as on the background and the index look very neat and brilliant! The graphics of the forum are also brilliantly made and one of the best creations I'd ever saw, nice work, the index is very organized, the index's size is fine, not too long and not too short, I didn't saw any wrong from the first impressions so I'll give you a perfect score on this criteria, Nice work!

First, From the start, I'm not sure what's the forum is all about, if it's a chatting forum or a services forum but as I'd observed, there are lot more services forums so I think this is a services forum, from what I'm seeing, you had nice amount and set of forums for the purpose of the forum, you also had less off topic forums shown in the index so nice work there, nothing more I can say about the set of forums, the organization of the forums are fine, every forums positioned on the index makes it look professional, I can easily find important forums and it's arranged from important to non-important, nice work there, But one thing also, since this is already a big forum, why not add more some services forums or the ones related to the forum, but that doesn't affect the criteria's score,just my suggestion, what is amazing is you maintained nice amount and set of forums even though the forum is really active, so definitely I'll give you a perfect score for this criteria, Nice work!

Major Graphics (Score: 9/10):
Banner-You had same banner form the past I'd reviewed this forum but it doesn't matter, the banner is one thing I saw one of the most outstanding thing on the forum, first, it looks smooth and well designed, the colors placed on the banner makes it more brilliant and they look crystalized/shiny, second, it definitely partners with the color of the forum, nothing more I can say on your banner, It's just brilliant! Another perfect score!(5/5)

Navigation Bar-Same here, the navigation bars didn't changed, but it still looks good! The main navigation bars which are found on the index are brilliant, partners with the banner and the color of the forum, the font used is also good, but the other navigation bars(new topic & post reply) is not that looking good, although the font is good but it looks plain with only white color on it, not having any designs or background color, so it will look good if you'll add some designs there, so try to fix that(4/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
The current color of the forum is brilliant!(orange,white & sky blue) The forum looks very neat with these colors, even though the forum has light colors, it doesn't hurt my eyes thus it looks neat and the background adds some calming effect with light blue/cyan colors on it the forum looks colorful also with the graphics of the forum, nice work on the combinations of the colors! Perfect!
Images & Icons (Score: 9/10):
AS I'd mentioned from the first impressions, the graphics of the forum is brilliant and they all look in high quality, also, the images on the portal are good(mainly on the widget namely 'welcome to fujiplanet'), on the index, the images on every forum are also brilliant, they look professional on the forums and nice work having them with same sizes, the 'who is online' icon and the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are also be
brilliant, they had same styles and color which is looking good! The forum icons can be easily determined, nice work, the topic icons are fine but the icons of announcement and sticky topic icons are the same and it's the same with 'no new posts' and 'no new posts[popular]' so you need to change it to a more noticable icon that will make it look more professional, so try to fix that, you had some mistakes here but you'd impressed me on the graphics that I will still make your score high enough.

Population of Groups (Score: 9/10):
Based on the populations of the groups, I'd counted a total of 8 staff members on the forum, 4 for administrators, for now, 4 administrators is fine but as much as possible, try maintaining up to 3 only so the forum will not look that overpopulated with administrators, what you need is more global moderators or moderators, in total, there are 2 moderators on the forum(1 global Moderator and 1 moderator), so as I'd mentioned above, it is better to have more moderators than more admins, there are no graphic designers, you also need to hire some members here so it will not look that no one is answering requests on the graphic design section, there are 1 reviewers and arcade managers, so try finding GFX staff.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):
As what I'd observed, you had a nice set of groups on the forum, which includes all of them being staff status and I didn't saw any miscellaneous groups, but doesn't matter, it is more better to staff groups only, there's nothing wrong with the groups and nothing wrong with their colors, Nice work here.
