   When I visited your forum there wasn't anything that told me your forum was a Teen Titans fan forum other than the header. There wasn't a banner or a skin that really had anything to do with Teen Titans.

   You have a good number of categories and forums and everything that needs to be covered is covered. Each one has quite a number of posts in it, however the thread count is quite low in a few of them. (Such as the Rules, Contests, and Newbie area)

1. Major Graphics (Score: 1/10):
   
   Banner
   No banner so I can't review this. This is an essential part to every forum so why don't you ask for one made? It'd be a great contest idea for your forum.You had a banner but it's on default banner with the description and title of your forum is only here, so my suggestion here is to get a newly made banner with designs and images that will fit on the color of the forum, this way, the forum will look more interesting, so try to get a new banner.
   
   Navigation Bar
   It's just text with some default icons so there's not much to review. Consider looking through the Gallery here at ForuMotion to find some that will match your forum.Those navigation bars are good but you can do better than that by getting a new navigation bars but it's still fine even if you don't change it, but as I'd mentioned, you can do better than that
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 5/10):
   The overall layout is very good, but the color scheme isn't. It just doesn't seem to go well with your theme. Some sort of cartoon skyscraper background might go good with the theme.The forum is too plain so get some skin/theme that will make the forum look more interesting and get some designed theme to attract more guests on the forum.
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 2/10):
   You just used the default icons which in my opinion are very plain and boring. Some Teen Titans icons would be much better. If you can find some small enough, some smilies that are Teen Titans based would be a good addition to your forum.

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score: 3/10):
   The Admin group I believe is way overpopulated while all the others are completely empty for everything except the group moderator.You had too much administrators which you need to reduce! As I'm seeing, you had all staff members on the admin group which is not good, you had no global moderators, fictional moderators etc. so you would need to transfer some admin on those groups, it's not looking good to have a forum with an over populated staff, so try to fix that
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 5/10):
   There are six staff groups which as I said above, they are well organized but they are all empty except for the Admin group. Some groups for regular users would be good to have so you might want to think of adding some. As what I'm seeing you had 5 moderation groups, it's not good to have too many moderation groups on a forum, just makes some members confused, 1 moderation groups is fine that can moderate all the forums, these way, you can reduce confusion on the forum, plus, I can suggest you to show the groups legend on the index, it will look better, so try to adjust those things

What could be done to improve your forum:
A graphics renovation is needed very badly. Graphics are like the skin of the community, if you don't have skin you'll bleed to death. Take a look through the gallery here and find some nice icons to go with your theme. Try to find a good background that will also match the theme, something like the skyscraper background I mentioned before might look nice.

The best thing about your forum is how much content you have. The amount of content you and your members are posting is outstanding! What your forum lacks in design is made up for in content.
