It shouldn't be as bad as the few months of changes should help change things, and It would be nice to know if I'm going the right way.
I know the first look will be similar to before though.

Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 18/20): It seems to me a warm feeling forum that it is taken care of. Bring some more color to the forum so its not all dark because dark themes are really hard to get right.
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
The Off topic should be at the bottom of the Games for Windows. You should move anything that has to do with games for the clan. Because then it doesn't look like you place everything in one section. Make it more organized.

Major Graphics (Score: 8/10):
Banner You really need the Welcome to the Official? I would just put the clan name. The color and the font are really nice. It stands out from the forum good.
Navigation Bar They need to be centered with the banner. Because its on the left of the banner and it doesn't look that great to me. I would also get new buttons I don't care for them that well. Maybe get some that are bigger.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 8/10): You always seem to have a dark theme for the clan. How about a littler for a change? Everything works really well but to me its old.
Images & Icons (Score: 7/10): Remove the blue around the images for each section or make sure all the icons have it. Also in the images try bringing the color out of it. It is really hard for me to see what it is.

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 9/10): 28005 message for 162 members is good. It looks to me that most of the messages is spam or just random. I think you have a spam topic I think you should remove that if you still have it so members are like this forum is just spam and they don't want to be part of the forum. PS please remove my tau_the_great account like I asked you a few times.
Users Active (Score: 7/10): Really not many users online in a 24 hour period. Might want to make it 48 hours just to make it look like your forum is active and get more users on. Make it so you aren't wasting others time by having a inactive forum.
