Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score: 16/20):
   I logged in before starting the review so I saw the whole forum which will be included on the 1st impressions criteria, now, let's get started with the review, when I first came in to the forum, I felt that the forum is like floating because of the background and banner with sky images, it just makes me feel that the forum is flying, but it looks nice and calming with sky blue colors on the forum and looks unique and good! Now, for what I'd saw, this looks like an egyptian or war forum because of it's banner, that's my major first impression, but there's nothing wrong with it, now, as I scrolled to the middle portion of the index, I saw a chatbox there but I saw that it's not really that active, no one was there when I logged there so I think it would be better if you'll place it at the bottom part of the forum, the top portion of the index would be better and organized, now, I also saw that the index is looking under construction because there are some incomplete images with the forums, the graphics are good but looking incomplete at the index, now, the index is not that long which is good. Just fix the things I mentioned here and it would be better.
   
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 5/10):
   Now, i saw you had less forums on the index which is nice or overall, you had a nice amount and set of forums for the population, activity and subject of the forum, almost all of them seems to be related to the main subject of the forum which is nice, now, the organization, the organization of the forum is good, important forums can easily be found, it's arranged from important to non-important, that's nice, but 1 thing is I think the 'administration' forum is related to the forum's main subject which should be placed at the middle portion f the forum not at the bottom, the off topic forums/category is should be the one at the bottom part as it's not related to the forum's main purpose, so try to fix that, the appearance of the categories and forums is not bad, but it looks odd if you'll have categories with only 1 forum on it, It would be better if you'll have atleast 2 forums in a category so if you don't mind combining the forums of 'quadrant' and 'admin section' category, it will look more professional, now, I saw 2 forums with different font on their descriptions, these are the forums 'military quarters' & 'arcade', they both had same fonts but with different size to the majority of the descriptions on other forums, another one is the forums 'Latest Version 0.3.2.2' & 'guides' forums, majority of the forums has bold descriptions while they have default font, It would be better if you'll bold it also, so try sticking on 1 style of font on the descriptions so it doesn't look odd, So just tyr to fix those things.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner:
   From my first impressions, the banner is really looking good for me, with partnering colors and styles with the background such as the sky blue which represents the sky, that's a nice work which makes it look unique, the images placed there are also brilliant fits to the quality of the banner, the font is also good, now, one thing I noticed negative here is I think the banner has great width(for my screen resolution) which I need to scroll to the right to see the remaining touch of the banner there but it's not that really big to scroll to the right, just a little scroll, I think it would be better if you'll cut the banner's width a bit only, it would be better.(4/5)
   
   Navigation Bar:
   The main navigation bars on the index are the default ones which is not bad, you can do better than that, it would have been better if you had navigation bars that are not the default ones, pick something that would fit to the forum's color, if you don't like, just change the default small icons beside the main navigation bars and replace it with other small icons, now, I saw 2 other navigation bars namely 'Alpha server' & 'Arcade' with big icons, It will look better if you'll make it same sizes as the other have, this will look professional. So just try fixing that one.(3/5)
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
   As I'd said from the first impressions, the colors are really gorgeous! The forum's colors are mainly sky blue and brown, this is a nice combination for the purpose of the forum, nice, the sky blue which give calming effect is definitely one of the factors that can attract guests, that's nice, the background is nice! So overall nice work here!
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
   Th images placed on the banner is fine such as the boat, museum etc. found there are just gorgeous! Now for the small icons beside the main navigation bars, as I'd mentioned above, just have same sizes with the icons there so it wouldn't look odd, so just fix that, now, I noticed you had images on every forums, they're nice however they are not on same sizes, as I'd always say, always keep same sizes on your images, because it just looks odd with different sizes of images on he index, try to fix that! another thing I noticed is some forums have images with them while some have none, this is what I'm saying from the first impressions, the index looks under construction with these so you should definitely fix these, if you like images on forums, make sure to have them all so it won't look under construction, and if you can't supply all with images, just have none with all, it will look better, so try to fix that, the forum icons are default but it's good but as always said, you can do better than that, you don't have any who is online?' icon but it's always suggested to have it to make the forum look more interesting. So just to get those things fixed.

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
   I'm not sure how many administrators and moderators on the forum because all of the staff members are placed in the moderator group and nothing else, but the number of staff I'd seen(on moderator group) is 6, that's a nice amount of staff members for 178 members, don't need to add more unless it's under control. I can't say more here because I don't see the real admins and moderators.
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 6/10):
   Now, as I'd mentioned above, I don't know who are the administrators and moderators here so this is just the same for guests and new members, the only group you have is the moderator group, not bad but it will look more professional and better if you'll add the administrators group, this way, members and guests will know who is who for several reasons, so adding it would be better for your forum.

   3114 messages is quite a nice achievement and earnings for 178 members,
   The posting activity of the forum is average to be rated, that's still nice! I also noticed that new posts are made while I'm reviewing the forum, that's really nice! Almost all of the forums have the latest post made today and yesterday, almost all of the forums also has plenty amount of posts, that's nice! Keep it up!

   What the?!? It's only set to 6 hours but considering the number of people logging in each period, they're many and that's absolutely amazing! This is the first time I'd seen this! There are up to 4 members being online while I'm reviewing the forum, 15 users being the most online is quite nice, and almost all of the staff is active. That's nice so I'll give you a perfect score here!

Will be thankful. I hope I done everything right. I spend whole days on the forum, it's still new and I think the advertising is going good. I hope soon we grow up fast. We are 2 moderators, but I'm almost nonstop online so we are more than enough ^_^
