I know I only have 1 post but I really hadn't been aware of this and when I found out from one of my members I decided to take a look. I'd just love to see what I can do to better the experience of my forum because I am new to all of this and I really didn't think the forum would be as successful as it has been.

Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
As I first stepped into your forum, it looked all messy. The bluish background does not contribute to the dark gray theme, the navigation bar is horribly disgusting for the dark theme, the WhoIsOnline? image has a scratchy white border and the button itself is just too random to have on your forum, and the 'New Post' etc buttons aren't even transparent. One thing that I would like to recommend is that you keep the background, but instead of having it blue, desaturate the color of it so that it will be more of a grayish color and that it would fit the whole gray theme. Another recommendation would be to throw away that navigation bar, and find yourself a nice, grayish-colored navigation bar that would fit the gray theme very well. Furthermore, there's nothing more that I see wrong about your forum's appearance based on my first impressions. I really like the banner and those images that you have set for each of the discussion forums; they're very original, but honestly, they do cause the loading of your forum to run a bit slower on my computer. Other than that, there's nothing else from my perspective that I need to relieve on this criteria, so good job.
Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10):
I tried to imagine how the size of the categories and forums criteria was without the insanely humungous image, but there still would of been like 8 categories with approximately 2 - 4 discussion forums for each category. I would suggest that you combine some of the categories together so that you won't have a mess-load of categories and discussion forums lying around taking up all of the forum index space. For instance, you could take the entire 'Toon World Staff' category, and set it as a discussion forum under the 'Rules and Important Subjects' category. Simple things like that will make your forum's index look a whole lot better! Anyway, you do have a nice arrangement and organization of categories and discussion forums, but I really think that you can minimize and construct the categories that you don't really need into discussion forums.

Forum Style

Major Graphics (Score: 5/10):
Banner
To be honest, the banner didn't even load but half-way, and then the image just undisplayed itself. I couldn't right-click on the banner and click 'Show Picture' because your forum disallows right-clicking. However, the half of the banner that I actually DID see seemed to look pretty nice, so I assume the rest of the banner was just as great. Great work with the banner, bro!
Navigation Bar
BLEHH! I'm so sorry, but it's ugly. I mean, the buttons by themselves are alright, but if you take them under consideration as a 'navigation bar', then the navigation bar is uglehh. Dude, what you need to do is trash that set of navigation bar buttons, find/make a nice, clean grayish navigation bar, and then add it in replace. Atleast, that would be the best way to deal with that. If you don't want to make a whole new navigation bar, take a scroll over at the... um, whatcha-ma-call-it... um, oh yeah - the Self-Service Gallery section. Or you'd might enjoy riding through Proposal Alley.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10):
As I stated before, I have a problem with the forum layout. You have the color scheme sorta alright (except for the whole navigation bar concept.) Remember what I said before about the bluish background? You could desaturate it to where it will fit the gray layout. Anyway, you're doing alright for this criteria, it's just that I personally think that the blue background image and the navigation bar don't contribute well to the theme/layout; but, the background image does look kinda good with the bluish forum font.
Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
As I had mentioned before, the discussion forum icons are really nice, but they lag up my computer when your forum is trying to load; so in other words, they are too big. The forum icons are great, except for the gray background. If you want to hear my recommendation, I would suggest that you make the background for the forum icons transparent... it would look a whole lot neater, especially down at the footer of the forum where the legends etc are displayed. The WhoIsOnline? image is, um, very random. It does not seem to fit in with whole aspect of the forum, nor does it look good for a WhoIsOnline? image. Heck, it even has a ugly white border that looks more like intransparency. Go look on that Planet Renders site and find yourself a nice yugioh image to use in replace of the WhoIsOnline? image.

Population of Staff Members (Score: 5/10):
When I tried visiting one of the usergroups, a message stated that I had to be either registered or logged in on the forum, so I suppose I won't count this criteria as a half credit mark.
Usergroups in General (Score: 10/10):
I'm all clear on the Administrators and Moderators usergroups, but for the other usergroups, I'll need a little bit of light shead. Anyway, it's great to see that you have some other miscellaneous usergroups on your forum to keep the interest and fun flowing throughtout the forum.
