Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 6/10): You don't need that many groups for 14 users just yet. I would only have groups for the staff about one or two and one for the users. I would put more groups when you get about 50 users or so. This way you can get people in groups and have them advanced better then with have 14 users.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 6/10): Like I said above, you don't need that many groups. I do see the point on where you are going from. I would change the color of the light blue to something darker to see. I recommend you never use light colors on a light forum people have bad eyes nowadays.

Forum Activity

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 6/10): You have 261 messages for 14 users that isn't that good at all. You need content that will interest your members to post and to reply back to the topics. I would try and get a contest going and tell the members if you give enough topics and help the forum out you will get a prize. About the user I will talk about it more in the User Active.
Users Active (Score: 6/10): No users in the pass 10 hours but yourself. You should try and send out newsletters of what is going on around the forum what is happening soon and also go on other sites that allow you to promote your site. I would also try and get your friends that you know and tell them to come to the site. I think you did put your forum on Google, Bing, and Yahoo. The key of getting users is content. I know this by heart because you can look at ego-one and see that is why people join they want to see new stuff.
