this is the 2nd time i request a review for my site since i think its cool Wink

well i have 45 members and more than 200 messages

id like to have a review for 3 categories
-general
-design and layout
-graphics

(just a note: i havent rated my old review yet, idk why i think i was lazy, but now i just want to say, the last one was more subjective than objective, i think its better way to rate the forum objective)

a little intro to my forum since i know that such forums arent popular so much (even if some requested reviews recently):

My site is about yu gi oh the trading card game, there is an online game called "kcvds" (shortering for kaiba corporation virtual duel system), the founder of this game with his helpers had an idea about to make academies and teams through the whole kcvds and told guys in kcvds to start some academies and teams, that happened Smile

, well one of those forums is mine, its a team, a smaller group of people than in academies so my forum has less members than other forums, these forums like mine are there to give the game more fun with starting tournaments, or even playing against other academies/teams in wars.

after a reviewer posts here and wants to review my site, i will pm him to give him his account and password for it since my forum is a little protected for guests and just registered members, this account has a group and may see all our forums ^^

Ok, I'll do this but please don't complain with the review if it's more subjective than objective or with more suggestions, I'm trying my best to keep an eye to all of the mistakes on the forum. It's not always all of the review more objective, there's reason why you got more subjective review than objective one.

Forum Activity (Score: 7/10):
At first glance, I'd say that it's not really looking an active forum but as of what I'd seen it's a bit active forum, the forum has nice posting activity, I'd seen several the forums had latest posts which is being made today or yesterday, that's nice work, but most of them also are inactive, so keep posting! The forum that has been left with no posts in the 'spirit monsters story' forum, so I think it would be better if you'll hide this forum at the moment unless it gains posts, guests will just think that this is an inactive forum so try to fix that, but to what I'm seeing also, it seems lots of forums had plenty of posts, that's nice, keep the posting activity up! To the users, I'd seen alot of them being logged in each 24 hour period, this means that there are lots of members going back, nice work here!
Staff and Groups (Score: 9/10):
Not sure with the number of staffs, I'd seen a total of 3 staff members on the forum which includes 1 administrator, 1 moderator and 1 testers, as for now, 1 admins is the right amount for 54 members, but as I'd seen that the forum is active, you can have another 1 to assist you, 1 moderator is also fine however, it's also same thing here, if you feel that the forum is hard to control at the moment, you can add 1 more, just be sure to limit the number of staffs to 4-5 right now, it's the right amount for a starter forum, now, there are about 5 usergroups on the forum which includes administration group, moderation group, testers group, representatives group & non-representatives group, for now, that's a nice set and amount of groups, no need to add more unless there's more feature found on the forum. I don't see any thing wrong on the usergroups, the colors are fine too.

Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
Banner:
The banner at the moment is fine for me, in fact I liked it, it relates to the main purpose of the forum, the images placed there are kinda related with yu gi oh so that's nice set of images, I also liked it's background with some blue effects, the font is good, and it's nice to where it is, so I'm seeing nothing wrong here. Nice work(5/5)

Navigation Bar:
The main navigation bars found at the index are still the same from your last review with me, but I don't see anything wrong with it, I liked the blue effect there, adds a bit color to the index and partners up with the banner's background color, so that's nice, but I must sya you can do better than that, the other navigation bars(new topic & add reply) are kinda different with the main ones, but I don't know what navigation bar is better but the only thing I can suggest you here is to partner the styles or have 1 set of navigation bars only, stick on 1 style, having different set navigation bars makes it unprofessional, so just try to fix that one.(2/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10):
The whole colors of the forum is dark to be described which is actually good for anime related forums, so I see nothing wrong on this criteria, but the only thing is I only see one color(black & gray) aside from the color of the graphics, It would be better if you'll add secondary colors on the forum, it will look nicer.
Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
From the banner part, the images placed there are just fine, relating to what the forum is, now, to the images on every forums, they look nice and having same sizes, however, the only thing I'm seeing wrong here is that some forums have images while some have none, this makes the index look under construction, so you would need to fix that one, add images to other forums if you;ll add images to some forums to make it complete and professional, the 'who is online?' icon is fine, the forum icons(new post, no new post& forum is locked) are also fine and can be easily determined, so just try to sum that up.
