Should there be a setting for everyone's forum where cloned posts are automatically deleted?

if someone already named this idea, then sorry.
but if this idea is new, there should be a way so the forum automatically deletes cloned post created by anyone.
for example, someone posts: "congratulations" two times. the forum should be able to delete the second post.
so if you use this idea, that's great!
but if this idea is already in action, please tell me how to change the forum so it deletes cloned post

people should invent something so the forum can tell if there is a cloned post if it doesn't exist already...Similar topics

I think that on every forums there should be a system that if there is inappropriate content in the post it should get automatically deleted...In this we shouldn't be doing anything in the Admin
