Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner The banner border should be the same color and its not. I suggest you ask a graphic designer to make you a border that is the same color or remove the border and make it blend in to the background.
   Navigation Bar You are missing a button for the games. If you are going to add a button without a icon and the rest has icons then don't put it online till you have the button. They look really well with the banner.
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10): The color and the forum layout is fitting and doesn't look bad for my eyes and wants me to go and run away.
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 9/10): You should add some more images on the forum to bring out the content and the text. This way users don't get bored of looking at text. But since your new post icons help bring the forum you could add just a few more images.

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score: /10): Great size of groups for 50+ users and you should not add anymore till you are active and you are in need of more. Always keep it lower then what you expect on a forum.
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 8/10): Global Moderator should be renamed to Moderator till the forum is bigger because then you can promote the Moderators to Global Moderators and then add another group to help users in sections. The Official Blogger should be Blogger I am sure people will know they are Official. Other than what I said the groups are fine.

Forum Activity

1. Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 6/10): 1900 messages for 54 users is alright. I would expect to see more messages for 54 members. You should try and get them to post more by doing contest to see who bring in the best content like News around the world and internet. This way you can get traffic by having users bring their friends. Try closing some sections down till you are a bit more active and then once you are then once some more sections.
   
2. Users Active (Score: 7/10): 10 users for 54 users is low. Try promoting on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Bing, Google, Yahoo, and also tell your friends. Send out newsletters to users asking them to come back and check out the site of what is new. Keep users informed as many can forget about the site and once they get a message to a place they registered they will come back.

Thanks for that, Fairly happy with that, About the games link, Yerr I'm waiting for my designer to make one.... I have addressed the forum on user activity and the creation of twitter, facebook and myspace pages...
