1. Forum and Users Activity (Score: 9/10):
   At first glance on the forum, I'd say that it really looked an active forum due to what I'd saw on the index, I'd seen that there are lots of posts on every forums on the index which is really nice, my first impression is nice, specifying that there have been about 1000 plus posts in a single forum, but not all of them, that's a nice achievement of post, however, the forum that has been left dusted is 'general classifieds' which only had 23 total posts, needs to be increased as it has been left behind by the other forums, try building an activity there to attract more guests, the posting activity is brilliant! almost all of the forums had the latest posts being made today and yesterday which is really awesome(except for vintage limelights forum), now to the user's activity, I'd seen there are about 4 members being online while I'm reviewing the forum, and I'd say that's really awesome, I'd say that the forum and it's members are active! So congrats to that, that just shows that the forum is continually growing! Keep it up!
   
   
2. User Groups & Staff Population (Score: 10/10):
   There are about 3 usergroups in total on the forum which includes the administration group, moderation group, and TIG developers group, I'd say that you had a nice amount and set of groups just for the subject and population of the forum, no need to add more since the forum is still growing, I think retain this set and amount of groups for now, now to the staff population, there are 10 staff members in total on the forum, which includes 2 administrators, 4 moderators, and another 4 developers(not including the moderators there), 2 admins are fine since I'd seen alot of moderators for now, which is 4, so 2 admins and 4 moderators are fine for now, it's not really needed to add more since the forum is still growing even though it's really active. So for now, the amount of groups and staffs are really fine.
   

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner:
   First thing I'd say about the banner is it looks really vast and also looks getting all the space on the top portion of the forum but it's not bad, It also makes me feel that I'm in space, lol, but it's nice, it's not really a problem, however, If you'll stare at the banner, you may notice that it looks a bit plain and empty, simply because the designs/images are only found at the left portion of the banner, so it's not really looking balanced, so may I suggest you to place some designs at the right or center portion of the banner, try adding planets thing and it will look better, now, the font font he banner is also looking plain so it could have been better, so try fixing those things.(3/5)
   
   Navigation Bar:
   The main navigation bars found at the index are also fine, it looks very fitting there, and it's looking nice with the banner and the color of the forum however, if I'm not mistaken, it's a default set of navigation bars, so you can always do better than that although it still looks good with that navigation bar.(4/5)
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 8/10):
   Now, I really liked the layout/color of the forum, prior to the main subject of the forum, dark colors work on the subject of the forum and definitely looks nice so I don't see anything wrong here, maybe try adding bolder colors like blue, not just like light colors as your secondary color, I'm pertaining to the cyan colors on the color of the category table, a combination of dark and light colors won't work so fixing this would be fine.
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
   Now, to the images on the banner part, I really liked it, the planet thingy since it really relates to the main subject of the forum, just needs to add more designs to the other part of the banner as I'd mentioned above, the 'who is online?' icon is not bad, but I think it's also a defualt thing on the forum, it's always nice to have original works to attract more guests, the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are also not bad but they're default also, so fixing or replacing those default ones would be better.
