Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 18/20):
Looks like this is a yu gi oh forum, I'm also a fan of this when I was child so I might give you some more details to improve the forum on this review, so let's get started, the first time I opened the link it led me to the index part so we'll definitely start here, so for the top portion of the forum/index, it really looked brilliant! I liked how the background color of the forum matched with the background, which is really nice, of course, on the top portion of the forum, you'll see the major graphics such as the banner and the navigation bars, I'd say that they're unique according to their styles, so nice work here, now to the middle part of the forum, It also looks unique, kinda a technology forum due to the structure color of the forum(gray), I really liked it, the widgets on the index are also fine, don't see anything wrong there since they are arranged well, the index also looks well designed off the graphics there, but I noticed that the index is too long, now to the portal, looks fine also, the widgets looks organized there which is really nice, but I noticed it's a bit compressed and the widgets on column1(left) are too thin if you'll see their size, extend their width a bit and it would be fine, so just try to fix those things.
Categories & Forums (Score: 8/10):
Considering that there are large amount of forums and categories on the index, they are fine for this kind of active forum, with also lots of traffic I'd seen here, so the amount is fine, the sets of the forums in the index for the main subject of the forum, seems you had discussions forums perfect for the main purpose of the forum, you also had maintain only 2 off topic forums which is the 'off topic' & 'posting games' forum, good, don't need to add more of other discussions forums considering there's lots of forums already, it's good to maintain that, now to the organization of the forums & categories, every categories seems to be in perfect place, arranged from important to non-important, the same with all the forums which are also arranged in same form as I mentioned, but one thing I can suggest here to make it more professional is placing the 'news & announcements' forum after the 'rules' forum making it in second portion, and placing the introduction at the last portion of the 'rules & important points' category, doesn't really needed to place the introduction to the 2nd part since news forums are more important than it and the introduction forum can still be found at the 1st category so fixing this would look more professional, now to the appearances of forums and categories, looks fine, however try putting a description in the 'affiliates' forum since the others have and it won't look incomplete, so try fixing those things.

Forum Style

Major Graphics (Score: 8/10):
Banner:
As I'd said on my first impression, I really liked the banner and it's really brilliant, some reason why it looks good is it's background color matches with the forum's background color which definitely looks nice! The images or the persons placed there are also nice which are giving emphasis to the forum's main subject, it also makes the banner a bit colorful also, now, the fonts are also cool, nothing more to say here. Perfect! (5/5)

Navigation Bar:
Now, also from my first impressions, I'd mentioned that the major graphics are looking unique especifically on the main navigation bars on the index, it's the first time I'd seen this kind of navigation bar with nice designs and colors, what makes it look unique is the 'home' is an image(the house) and the 'log in/out' is also an image connected to the navigation bar, that looks unique really, but for me, it really looks a bit unreadable, maybe try making it bolder, now, I also noticed another wrong thing, the navigation bars 'members' & 'groups' are almost joined, maybe try creating a gap between them would be better. So I'd have to say the navigation bars could have been better.(3/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
I really liked the structure of the forum with alternating colors of a bit dark of white and gray pattern on the sides of the index, i really liked the style even if it's a bit dark, now, I also noticed on the top portion of the banner is there is a red background there, which is only partial there, looks good there, with a glowish effect, So everything looks nice here.
Images & Icons (Score: 10/10):
To the images of the banner, as I'd mentioned above, they're really brilliant for the main purpose of the forum, they're also high quality, so nice work there, now, the images on every forums on the index are big, and almost like a banner, but it looks fine though, almost all of the yu gi oh forums have this size of images on every forums so I think it's a bit nice there but it lengthens the index, but I liked them, gives some more color to the index which attracts guests, nice job there, now to the 'who is online?' icon, I'd say it really looks cool! Brilliant! I liked that, so I think retain that one, the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are also brilliant! Great! nice work on minor graphics also.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
It took me time to find the staff groups since they are located below, now, I counted about a total of 9 staff members on the forum, not sure coz there's lots of users repeating on groups, now this includes 4 administrators, 2 testers(not including the repeating ones) and 3 moderators, now, I'd say 4 admins is fine since there's lots of members active and logged, the traffic is also high, 3 moderators is also fine, I'd say the number of moderation users are fine but if you think the forum is hard to control, you can add more.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 6/10):
The number of usergroups on the forum is considered many but it's mostly fitting for an active forum like this, the sets of groups are also fine since they all related to the forum's main purpose, now, I also noticed that the important or staff groups are hard to find since they're positioned below the other groups, it's always important to place them on the top part or above every else since they are the most important part of the forum, one more thing is the 'stardust' group is really hard to read in that color(cyan) so this is same for the name of the members in this groups, so changing the color of this group to a readable one would be better. Try fixing those things.
