Graphics

Major Graphics:
Banner(7/10):
First of all, it took time to load the whole content of the forum as well as the banner, the banner is the slowest thing that loaded on the forum when I first opened it and by the time the loading was complete, the banner didn't show completely and I did wait but it really stopped loading so I think it showed only the 1/4 of the size of the banner, I'll give the banner a bit review even I didn't saw the whole image of it, the banner looks fine, looks really relating to naruto since I saw sasuke's and naruto's head there so it's fine, the colors are also fine but it looks a bit rough, even though the banner didn't load completely for me, i think it looks good so I'll give you a good score here.

Navigation Bar(8/10)
The main navigation bars on the index are kinda good, but I think they are kinda default ones, I'd seen lots of forums with these navigation bars so it would be better to have other or unique ones to make it different from other forums, try to have something related to naruto that would fit to the color of the forum, although I'd say it adds a bit design to the index because of the pretty icons beside those navigation bars but as I always said, it's always better to have non-default one's. But those navigation bars looks good for the forum though.
Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
As I'd mentioned on the navigation bars part above, the icons beside those main ones looks really good and adds a bit designs to the index, now to the index on every forums, I think they're fine, since they match with the forum icons(the color), but I saw not all of the images are not on 1 style or quality, there are also images with colors, looks kinda a good however try to stick on 1 style, which means if you like images with colors on some forums, try to have also on others so you would have only 1 style which will look professional, I think you should stick with the non-colorful one's, it looks cool for a naruto forum, now, another thing is the forums in the 'practice' category doesn't have any images on it while the others have, it would be better to have on all forums than having incomplete set on the index, the index just looks under construction, the forum icons are also cool! I think the way it is just perfect and i don't see anything wrong with it. So nice work there, just need to fix the things I mentioned.
