   At the index, I'd say that it looks a bit an active forum coz I saw a lot of contents there such as the chatbox, widgets etc. so that's a nice first impressions seeing the forum look a bit active, now seeing the forums at the middle portion of the index, I'd say that the forum is really active which is nice, i saw lots of forums with plenty amount of posts, I think it's nice to see it even there are so many forums, there's still lots of posts on it, which is except for the forum 'abuse report', so that's just the thing I'd seen wrong there, I recommend you to concentrate or posts on that section to get some posts there, this will make the index look not look inactive, so try that, no, I'd seen that the posting activity is poor since there are only 2 forums having the latest posts made yesterday or today, so you need to get some activity rolling back to the forum to keep it alive! Now to the number of users logging in each period, I think it's fine, there are few members logged in a 24 hour period, it's still considered nice since it's a natural for a forum to have inactive members, So post more and promote more, send out weekly newsletters to get the inactive members back and get some acitvity!
   
   
2. Staff and User Groups (Score: 4/10):
   There are about 3 usergroups on the forum which include the administration group, moderation group, and probation moderation group, I think that's a nice amount of groups for now since the forum is still not that much populated, you don't need to add more unless it's needed, but I don't think also you need 2 moderation groups for the forum with only 46 members, I think it's better to hide one of the moderation groups so it doesn't look the forum is overpopulated with moderators or staff, one more thing I noticed is the group 'probation moderator' group is hard to read with its color, try making it darker and it will be fine, now I'd saw 3 administrators on the forum, it's a nice amount of admins for the population of the forum for now, since the forum is small, try reducing, don't need 2 more since the forum is not that really active, I think removing atleast 1 would be better, i'd also saw a lot of moderators, I'd counted 5(including this account), try reducing! You don't need 5... minimizing up to 2 only is better. I'd say fix the things I mentioned above and reduce the number of staff!
   

1. Major Graphics (Score: 5/10):
   Banner:
   Well, I'd say the banner at the moment is a default banner which is from the theme/skin of the forum, considering it's default plus it doesn't also relate with anything on the forum like names, images, etc. on the banner, can't find any off it, it just says green and gray, I'd suggest you to get a created banner there, doesn't look good there, have banner that will relate to the main subject of the forum same with quality, colors etc. Get that fixed(1/5)
   
   Navigation Bar:
   The navigation bars are also i think default one's, but doesn't mater, it looks fine there even without any designs there, so I think the main navigation bars on the index are fine, I don't see anything wrong there. (4/5)

   I think the theme of the forum is like the forumotion support forum's theme which is really related with your forum, although I'd say it looks nice coz the colors looks professional however it doesn't looks original(the forum itself) because you just get the colors from the forumotion support forum, doesn't look good with that, I think it would look better if you'll have other colors/theme from the forumotion theme.
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 3/10):
   I'd also noticed this, it seems that the images on every forums on the index are also from forumotion which looks that the forum doesn't have originality, they are also repeating on the index, doesn't look good, I'd suggest you to get created one's than getting from other forums, this will increase the professionality of the forum, trust me. Laso, soe forums doesn't have images, try also placing on them since the others have images, it looks that the index is under construction. Get that fixed.
