Forum widgets management Special rights

it seems like you dont have that much rights to pick from you have
{Administrators Moderators Members Guests}
would it be possible to have it so whatever Groups you have are the rights you can pick from because their is not enough really but keep the old ones as well by default.
this would really be neat because you could use it for alot of cool things.
like some users seeing other links and things that others dont for Special users.

I'm wondering if I can disable it for users and only admin can see it on header where the FAQ, MEMBERLIST, PROFILE is located..
