Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score: 13/20):
   The forum is completely for girls.There is only pink color.I have noticed that the banner is really huge something which you really have to change.It is very annoying to me and it takes lots of space.Also,when i registered,the rules are many many many..they are Unlimited!!!I think you have to cut some rules or split them. (I suggest you to summarize them, no one will read that very long rules) ,Finally,when i registered,i had to scroll down a lot so that i can see the forum categories.After some minites at the forum,i was really tired by the pink color and the too much scrolling.Try a lighter pink color
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
   I have to say that the categories are pretty good.However,it would be really nice not to show the sub-categories under each forum because,as far as i think,it looks ugly and it takes extra space.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner
   I have to say that i didnt like the banner that much.It is nice,but you have to make it smaller.
   Navigation Bar
   The bar is nice,but you have to add a background so that a member can see it more clear.It's looks good, no need to add background or borders, it really fits to the forum even without it
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 6/10):
   The pink is really nice for a winx forum,but its tiring for my eyes(dunno if someone dissagrees).So a lighter color may be more relaxing and better looking.I also think that you have to change the background.Didnt understand the image at all and i dont think it matches with the pink color. Try to have other colors than 'pink'
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 9/10):
   The animated icons are pretty nice but you have to make them a little smaller.I loved the animated ones! The forum looks under construction since there are some forums with images but some have none, I suggest you to add some images to forums have none or remove all the images, this way, it will look better, also, if you'll add images on forums, have same sizes to make it look professional

1. Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
   4 groups.Huh,good number.I dont think you may need more.
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 7/10):
   Admins and Mini-Mods.Good,but,where are the moderators group? /The inner circle?Is it for members?Maybe..

I fixed your review since there are some things you didn't noticed and wrong at it..

Wow!! Okay and my Forum is under construction..

About "The Inner Circle", yes, certainly for members. My other Admin assis will help me with it though.

And yet, while sleeping (trying to sleep I mean), I wanted to change the Registering Rules and the skin (don't forget the banner!! )

Anyway, thanks for the review!! Now I know what I can change in my Forum
