Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 20/20):
The last time I reviewed this forum was good, I liked the graphics, content, etc. of the forum, now lets see with a full review, so as I'd mentioned the forum has good content about cars, and it looks really unique, now when I'd been redirected to the portal, I saw a really nice formations of widgets there, looks neat and nice! I think it's fine however my impression on the banner is not that good, i thought it was big but it looks cut off, but I really like the portal, it gives some impression to the content of the forum, especially the scrolling images of cars there, it's nice, now to the index, I also liked the index, it's also neat and clean with the white/light color scheme, nice work! The colors are good, and the graphics are also nice! Nice work! It looks nice from top to bottom of the index, I don't find any problem there, looks good! Nice first impression.
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
I think the sets of forums you have right now is nice, everything seems to be fitting with the forum's main subject, I think it's nicely covered, the amount of forums on the index is fine too, they're not too many and small for a medium populated forum, it's the right amount at the moment, but I see something missing, I don't see any announcement forum, I would suggest you to have one so the members and guests can keep up on what's happening on the forum, now to the organization of the forums, not that really looking professional, I'd suggest you to place the lounge forum at the bottom part of the index, since it's off topic, it's better to place it there, try to fix that, now to the appearance of this criteria, it's not looking nice and professional to have a category with only 1 forum in it, a category is usually created for 2 forums on it, I suggest you to connect that forum to other category, so that's all for this criteria, try to fix it.

Major Graphics (Score: 6/10):
Banner:
As I'd mentioned from the first impression, it looks cutted, I expected a bigger banner but it looks small, the top portion seems cutted because the top portion of the car there in the banner is not showed up, only the bottom portion of the car is shown, but the fonts used are nice, very fitting there but the statement 'the forum for Car Enthusiasts' had a very simple font, I suggest you to change, it would be better, the banner could have been better if you fixed those and by making it's width a bit bigger.(2/5)

Navigation Bar:
The navigation bars at the index are fine even though it's a bit looking simple, but it fits greatly with the banner, both had dark color which is good, so I think those navigation bars are fine(4/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
I really like the colors on the forum, makes the forum really look neat with light colors such as white, it just gives life to the forum, I also like the colors of the category tables on your categories which are red & black, I really liked it! gives some more colors on the index which is really nice! Overall, you had a nice work on this criteria, really nice!
Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
As I'd mentioned from the first impressions, the graphics of the forum are a bit nice however most of them are default ones, but nevertheless, it still looks good for the forum, now, the scrolling car images on the portal are nice, as I'd mentioned above, they give more emphasis to the forum's main subject which is nice, now to the car image of the banner part, it'll be better if you show the whole car there than it looks cutted, trust me, now the other icons are default ones so I guess I can't comment there but they're nice.

Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
I think you had a total of 4 staff members on the forum, I'd say this is a nice amount of staff for now since the forum is not really that active, I'd say maintain 4, to be specific, you had 2 administrators which includes you, I'd say it's fine at the moment, I don't suggest to add more admins since the activity of the forum is still low, same with the amount of moderators, I don't think you need to add more, so overall, it's nice here!
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):
There are about 5 usergoups on the forum, not to many, it's a nice amount also since the forum isn't that really active, to be specific here, you had the administration group, moderation group, event organizer group, models group and members group, I think it's fine, don't see anything wrong here and the colors of the group is also fine.
