Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 10/20):
OK. When you enter the forum, the first thing that hits you is the black banner on a red background. That should be changed. The forum has some good content about the subject. ~~The portal just looks plain and simple, the only thing that has been added from the default state is a few affilites. More widgets should be added.~~(It doesn't matter if it looks simple, also, maintain the number of widgets there since it's already considered many, I would also suggest you to limit the number of news on the news widget shown on the portal so the portal is not that long) The index and the navigation bar are again just plain and simple. The pictures that you have used for the navigation bar are very low quality. I think that the first impressions are not very appealing and may deter members away. I would also suggest you to hide the moderators shown for each forum as it adds more fonts to the index, it's not really needed since you only have 2 groups shown
Categories & Forums (Score: 5/10):
The forums almost look un-complete, like you have 'Season 6'. Where are the other's? I also noticed that there is no support section, what is a member going to do if they have a problem with the forum? It's not looking nice and professional to have a category with only 1 forum in it, a category is usually created for 2 forums on it. I also don't see a whole catergory dedicated to the main subject. So that's all for this criteria, try to fix it.

Forum Style

Major Graphics (Score: 4/10):
Banner
The banner is not very good. It has not color match to the forum what so ever. I suggest you change it, and maybe use a much higher quality one.
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is the default one for that skin. All you have done is added a couple of pictures to it. And for that matter, not very high quality one. You have also missed some pictures on the end of the navigation.I'd suggest you to make the images beside it smaller, it doesn't look good with those big icons beside those nav. bars, try to fix that
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 2/10):
Again, the forum is the default layout and color scheme. Maybe you should change the colors around abit. It really does not look good on the eye. I would suggest you a colorful color scheme since it really fits to the main subject of the forum
[b]Images & Icons (Score: 3/10):
Again. All of the icons are at the default state. You really should try and get some new, more intresting ones. There is not much elese to say about the graphics.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 8/10):
~~The total amount of staff members you have is very high.For a small forum like yours, you really only need 2-3 staff members.~~ You had the right amount of staff for this kind of active forum! There are lots of members online while I'm reviewing the forum so I guess you should maintain the amount for now, the only overpopulated staff is the admin group with 5 members on it, I'd say 3 is fine
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 4/10):
You only have 2 user groups, ~~I suggest you add more such as 'Members' , 'Graphics' etc... But do not just create them for the fun of it.~~(Not Needed) The most you should have is around 4-5 since your forum has not got alot of activity.

Your forum does not have this function. I suggest you add it, it could help you get more members. If they see the amont of people connected, it migh just give them that little boost they need to register.
