Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 15/20):
Before I opened the forum, I already know that this would be a yu gi oh related forum due to the word 'academy' on the forum's name, it has been common to all yu gi oh forums, but the link of the forum is not that common on some yu gi oh forums(dark armed), so that's a point to the originality of the forum, now, when I first came to the portal which led me there first, I'd say that it took a bit time for the whole content/widgets there to load, don't know but that's a bit bad impression for the first time I came there, by the time all contents load completely, it has been laggy to move to the portal, it's so slow! So seeing there are lots of widgets there, it would naturally make my computer slow, I'd say that's not a nice first impression for guests who will go here with slow computer, they will definitely go away so my suggestion here is to reduce the amount of widget there, I'd seen alot there! especially on the column2(middle) part widget, remove some widgets there to shorten the portal a bit, and same with the other columns, It'll be better if you'll reduce some, now to the index, it looks also busy because there are also lots of contents placed there such as widgets, forums etc. and a bit laggy/slow there, now to resolve this, I'd seen you had widgets on portal that is also placed on the index, I'd say remove them since they can be found on the portal, what's the use putting them on index and portal? This would reduce the lagginess of the whole forum if you'll reduce or remove the widgets on the index, it would also widen it a bit, now, the graphics of the forum are nice, I see no problem there, the index is a bit long, so just try to fix the things I mentioned here and it would be fine.
Categories & Forums (Score: 5/10):
Now, I think for the main subject of the forum, you had nice sets of discussions forum, it looks like that the forum is made for yu gi oh role play as what the forums are there, the amount of forums is also fine for the population of the forum is also fine, seeing the forum is really active, now, I think you don't have any off-topic forums, like General discussion, forum games etc. where your members can relax and talk about off topics, I think you should add atleast one, I'm sure your members will like it but it's still ok if you don't add them since you already had lots of forums, now, to the organization of the forum, I'm really confused here, I don't know why the 'general' category where the announcement, introduction etc. forum is located at the middle part of the index, this should be probably placed at the top portion! It looks really unprofessional to see it at the middle, so try to fix that, now to the appearance of this criteria, I think it's better to add some more forums or detach the only forum on the 'blog' category, just remove this category since it has only forum, a category is usually created for 2 or more forums in it, it will look more professional, so try to fix the things I mentioned here.

Major Graphics (Score: 10/10):
Banner:
I think the banner is really brilliant! I really liked it and attracted me when I first came to the forum! It also looks nice with a bit glowy sparklings I see there, it's nice! The size is also perfect! Brilliant! Now to the images placed there, I thin it's really fine since the persons there are also characters of yu gi oh and the one at the middle is really cool! So I think it's really nice, the navigation links I'd seen there doesn't ruin the appearance of the banner, so nice work! Perfect!(5/5)

Navigation Bar:
So overall, you had 2 navigation bars found on the index, which are the major ones and the ones on the banner part, so let's start on the major ones(home, portal etc.), I think they're also nice as the banner, although looks a bit simple and I think it's a default one, but it still looks nice for the forum, but there could have been better, now, the navigation bars on the banner are nicer, doesn't ruin the appearance of the banner even their on it, I'd say it's really nice and helpful for the users, I don't see anything wrong there, so nice work here also! Perfect!(5/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
Overall, the forum has dark colors which include black and gray on the index and the portal, I'd say dark colors really work for a yu gi oh forum since I review yu gi oh forums with same dark colors, but you could always think of being original by having different colors, now, the forum isn't really that dark, the banner and some other images on the index(on every forums) makes the forum/index a bit colorful, So I'd say you still had a nice work here!.
Images & Icons (Score: 10/10):
To the index, the images on every forums are fine, as I'd mentioned above, it gives a bit color to the index is is really nice, good to have them on the index, although I might consider them big, with some yu gi oh forums I also saw, they had these large images on every forums, this size of the image is really common on yu gi oh forums, so i think it's fine, i really liked them, now, the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are brilliant! i liked it! and looks unique!, nice work to those icons, the 'who is online?' icon is cool and nice, so overall again here, you had a nice work! Perfect!

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 7/10):
Since I can't see the staffs by clicking the groups(I need to log in), I just went to the portal and reviewed the amount of staff there, so according to the portal, there are about 13 staff members in total, I think 13 is a bit nice amount although a bit overpopulated number of staff but it's good for this kind of active forum, now to be specific, there are about5 administrators, I consider this many, I don't really know why you need 5 but 3 would be fine and the most advisable amount of admins in a forum even it is the most active forum, the forum looks overpopulated with this number of admins, reduce the number if needed! 4 moderators is just fine since this is an active forum, the other amount of staffs is fine just try to maintain or reduce the amount of staffs for now.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: /10):
There are a total of 9 usergroups on the forum which includes the administration, moderatoration, testers, KCTAU representatives, GFX users, deck advising team, obelisk blue, ra yellow, and slifer red group, I think overall, you had a nice set of groups for a yu gi oh roleplay forum, you also had the right amount, i don't see anything wrong here, and the colors of the groups are fine.

Wow, the total amount of posts on the forum is really brilliant! that's a very nice achievement for the forum! I'd say keep it up! Most of the members logging in are active in posting, new posts are also made while I was reviewing the forum! Several of the forums had the latest post being made to day and yesterday, but some forums are also having the latest post that are outdated, i suggest you to post on those forums, the amount of posts on every forums are also great! keep it up! and keep posting.
