Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 12/20):
When I first entered your forum's index page, I thought that the dark gray and blue color scheme looked pretty good. However, one of the major problems that I saw was the lowercase text in your forum's scrolling announcement, welcome message, and categories and discussion forums. It makes the forum look highly unprofessional. I also didn't like the large-height banner; plus, it doesn't even look that great- I'll get into further detail with the banner later on in the review. Overall, the most attractive things I found on your forum for my first impressions were the navigation bar and the dark gray and blue color scheme. You definitely need to get that lowercase text problem cleaned up.
Categories & Forums (Score: 1/10):
As I had just mentioned, the lowercase text on your forum index is highly unprofessional, and it doesn't look good at all. In addition to that, you even have spelling and grammar issues; plus, the categories and discussion forums are not organized idealistically. It would take me forever to state all of the issues for why the categories and discussion forums are not organized neatly. All I have to say for right now is shorten the discussion forums up into subforums... try reducing as much of the un-needed discussion forums per category as you can. You don't want the forum index page to look sloppy and too large.

Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 16/20):
Banner
I honestly see no originality or decency in the banner. The background is plain white, some of the text on it isn't even needed, and there's also a copyright sign on it at the bottom right! I really do think that you need to request a new banner in the Graphic Design section of the support forum- and for this time, I suggest that you request for a transparent-background banner that has a nice Final Fantasy render and the text 'Final Fantasy Tactics'.
Navigation Bar
I like the navigation bar. It fits into the gray and blue color scheme of the forum and it looks pretty nice as well. Two thumbs up for the banner. (:
Forum Icons
The forum icons are cool; I like them. But there's something weird that's going on with them. When I'm srolling through the discussion forums, I see these three icons:
(New) (No New) (I suppose this is the 'Locked' icon)
However the 'Locked' forum icon appears on the Legend at the bottom of the forum index as this:

I don't know what the problem is, but it looks stupid for your forum. I think you should find some support to get that fixed.

I really like the poll bar images, furthermore. They look glossy and really good.
Who Is Online? Image
I suppose that having an image of the 'Final Fantasy Tactics' game itself is alright to have for the Who Is Online? image. There's nothing much to brag on about for this image.
Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 9/10):
I'd say that the forum layout is decently set up. However, I see a minor problem on some of the header background images for the widgets, welcome message, and chatbox. There appears to be this small, white outline on the border of each of the background header images. This is how the problem appears on my browser, Google Chrome:

I believe you should try getting that fixed up because it doesn't look that great for the forum appearance.

Nice job on the gray and blue color scheme. Blue and gray definitely go great together from my perspective, and I believe you chose wisely for the forum theme and color scheme.
