Regarding the Global Announcements

Just a small update I think would do well.
I do not think Global Announcements should appear in Blogs. I have a system where users can buy their own blog in our blog section using their points.
Each blog has my Global Announcements in it, and I do not think they should.
What are your opinions?

Hm... although they're called GLOBAL announcements for a reason, this does seem to be a bit annoying. I agree. Blogs shouldn't be bothered by G.A.'s.

UPDATE:
I was reading my FAQ just know, and whilst there are descriptions for Stickies and Announcements, there is nothing describing Global Announcements.
Please add a Global Announcement description to our FAQs as soon as possible.
