No limited characters "global announcement"

There is a limited on the characters to change the name global announcement.
I ask to change it in this topic: Can't change the name of global announcements.
Because everything is in Dutch and I want "Globale mededeling" and I can't put it in that box in my admin panel. It is usefull for everybody, because there are a lot of languages and I hoped that forumotion had reckon with it.
