Members Can Donate Points

I think it would be handy if there was an option that would allow everyone, not just administrators, to donate points to each other. It can get stressful, especially if you have a lot of members, trying to keep up with adding and subtracting points. A lot of other forum services have this feature. They usually look something like this:

Agreed. However, this should be optional. I use my points system as a way to track overall activity (+1 per post, -10 or so per day) and don't really want my members distorting that. I would find it nice in conjunction with a way to use those points towards an automated shop widget. (Or if I just used the points system for something else. ^.^ )

You can't if it's hosted by forumotion. The example is from a board powered by phpBB.

Sort of, most systems subtract automatically from the person donating.
