1. First Impressions (Score: 19/20):
   When I first got to the forum, I was like wow. I was shocked at the nice HTML Page I saw. It was a nice clean cut and slick template. Though there was only one issue I saw on the HTML Page, and the issue was the gray Feeder (RSS, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace), at the top right, it looks a little rough on the border areas.
   
   When I got onto the forum index, I thought the banner was a little to boring and plane and that is a instant turn off for a website. Though the portal and index are well designed, that is a plus. Another plus is that you have that Register Toolbar; that is always a good tool to have on a website. I give you an 19/20 for First Impressions.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):
   I think everything looks great in this section, everything is well organized and well placed. I do recommend adding more Categories though and not just have the one Category with all the forums inside it. I give you an 9/10 for Categories & Forums.
   

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner
   The banner was, as I said above, boring and an plane. That is an instant turn off. May I suggest requesting a banner, Here - ForuMotion Graphic Section. ForuMotion has a lot of great graphic designers, I am sure they could design you a nice, attractive, and well designed banner.
   Navigation Bar
   The navigation bar looks good to me, whoever designed it did a great job. I like the rounded effect it has on the forum. It makes it look a little 3D, though still looking 2D. I give you an 7/10 for Major Graphics.
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
   The color scheme fits perfect, same for the layout. The color scheme is nice and light colored which is good for the human eyes. I think you should stick with the lighter color schemes for your forum as they seem to fit your forum the best. I give you an 10/10 for Forum Layout & Color Scheme.
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
   You have some very basic but good forum icons. Also, I have been seeing the same "Who's Online Image" on a lot of forums. I suggest changing that so your forum is a bit less different from the others. I give you an 8/10 for Images & Icons.
   

1. Population of Groups (Score: 9/10):
   Population of groups is pretty good. (Based Off Of Online In The Last 48 Hours - Due to I can't acees Group ACP as I am a guest.) I count 2 Administrators, 1 Moderator, 4 Staff, 1 M.O.T.M, and 4 Premium Members. That looks like a good amount of members for your groups for the amount of posts and users you have on your forum. I give you an 9/10 for Population of Groups.
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):
   There are 3 Staff Groups and 2 User Groups that are visible. I think that is a good amount of groups for your forum. Though I recommend permissions to view the Group ACP are set to guests, then a reviewer can access them without a issue. I give you an 10/10 for Staff Groups / User Groups.

   Our users have posted a total of 31555 messages.
   We have 319 registered users.

   You have a decent amount of activity and posts for a lower amount of members. Seems like everyday you are getting a member or every couple days. Thats atleast what I have observed, because I do follow this forum. I give you an 10/10 for Post/Member Ration & Quantity.
