I have some suggestions for the chatbox.
1.Chatbox Moderator Features
Allow chatbox moderators permission to delete and edit the shouts of the users.Also users should be allowed to edit their own shouts but not delete.This would make the chatbox have less replies by the same user over and over again.
2.Chatbox Channels
Admins can have chatbox channels.They can be allowed to create channels that only certain groups,users can view.

The first idea is being used in my friends' forum (which is, sadly, created in VBulletin) and I think it's really working. The channels, on another hand, would be uneccessary, so I voted for the first only.

Do you know, I would like the Chatbox on a seperate page?
Loads of members on my forum complain about the size, and the untidiness of the chatbox.
I agree, there should be a 'Newbie' room, a 'Staff' room, and group rooms, and 'private' rooms (which only certain members will host, and invite members online to chat in, and 'Admin' room.

I dont like number 1 but I love number 2...

I meant Chatbox Channels which the Admin can make.Also the admin can allow certain users and groups in some channels but Admin can view all channels

I agree with both. An option to delete posts would be invaluable to a Chatmod, and channels would be even more welcomed, because of the messiness a mass Chatbox would cause. I hope an official staff member would comment on how practical the applications or installation for this suggestion would be. I hope it's a positive one.

I totally agree with you on the Admin/regular chatbox. I had to get a different chatbox from another provider for my admins.

if we click on a username it user name appears at on chatbox writing thing but my suggestion is if we click on it we should be able to private chat with him . i know there are PM but we get late reply from them and we should have groups
While I was creating forum, my ally in Ikariam could use, I found that chatbox options are too simple. So I have three suggestions:
1. So firstly I would suggest that you add to chatbox ability to limit chatbox visibility and use for certain user group
