Comments: Just a side note we opened the site a month earlier but we were waiting on a verdict on the design before opening it to the public so most of the stuff looks old. Oh yea if your looking for the forumotion copy right thing, you'll have to wait awhile cuz I have to finish adding that because when I chose the theme it didn't come with it so I have to add it manually. But it is a forumotion site. Other than tell me what you want.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 17/20):
Banner
I dont know if I would call your banner a banner. It seems more like a logo. It fits well with the background color of the forum but from your banner, I have no idea what your forum is about. I think it would look cooler and more professional if you did not have the strokes of color coming out of the letters. I would suggest getting rid of those, making the banner bigger, and adding your slogan or an icon so new users will know what your forum is about.
Navigation Bar
You have a very interesting navigation bar. Its harder to grade it because its pretty simple since its a widget. I think that you should put the widget first however. Its the most important feature to navigate with and needs to be at the top. The grass at the bottom left looks nice but I think it would look better if you got rid of the line under the Log In text. And just to let you know, the search feature doesnt work.
Forum Icons
Well as a guest, I can only see the green one. It works on your forum since there is quite of bit of green. I think you could try adding more gloss or making the different shades more apparent.

Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 8/10):
The layout seems good but I would suggest changing the colors of the categories. The green and purple doesnt work for me. The Support/Information Forum goes into the green is a negative. I also dont think that you should have a multi-forum under a regular forum. That makes it inconsistent and it doesnt look great when it changes between different layouts. There is also a lot of space on the right side of your forum. You might have widgets, but I might not be able to see them since I am a guest. If you dont, I suggest adding some.
