I can't upload a skin. I it does something like this:
and then this:
It won't let me submit a skin even though I have everything correct.

It says:

Try to make your images, not from another skin, this is because you not replace all your base images.

Every icon and every image must be yours... you cant take them from hitskin or from some other web site... try upload it on image hosting sites such as tinypic.com, imageshack.com etc. and then use direct links from there...
