Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
The forum seemed very dedicated to its topic. I really liked how the names of your forums corresponded with something related to the Harry Potter series. One thing that confused me was that the name of your forum is Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but the forum URL has nothing to do with Harry Potter. Dungeons can represent many things, so I think you might want to have a more site specific URL. I think you have very useful widgets although I dont like the empty space under the copyright widget. I am a fan of the wibiya toolbar, but it totally messes up the color consistency of your forum. Everything else is black and then that toolbar is blue. In conclusion, the forum looked good from a first glance.
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
As I said before, I like how the forums are named after something significant in Harry Potter. However, I believe the forums need better organization. I would put the Notice Board first so that it will get more views since its possibly the most important forum. Next, I would add Inter-House Common Room to another category. It looks bad when you only have 1 forum in an entire category. I also noticed that a few of your forums only had 50 posts or less. You could try making them subforums so they look more active.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 15/20):
Banner
Although I cant tell what your forum is about from the URL, the banner makes it more clear. I like how you included the 3 main characters and included the URL. Now when I think of the dungeons, I think of your forum. The only thing that I see wrong with it is that it seems a little sandy. The quality of the image could be improved, but other than that, it serves its purpose well.
Navigation Bar
This is one of the few forums Ive seen that doesnt use all images. I would suggest a couple things to make the nav bar look better. The first thing is to center it. Next, I would put the Live Duel/Request links before the register and log in links. That would make it look more professional. Also, I am not quite sure why you have 2 live duel links
Forum Icons
Im not really sure what it is (maybe a map). I cant see the others (new posts and closed) so I wont grade you on this.
'Who Is Online?' Image
This is non sequitur. I dont see how it relates to who is online. I would also make it a little bigger.
Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 8/10):
The colors are good for the most part. As I said, the Wibiya bar messes it up since its blue. I think the text is a very good color. It isnt too distracting and it doesnt stand out more than it needs to. As I said earlier, I would add another widget or 2 to get rid of the empty space on the right and would reorganize some forums around.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 9/10):
The population of the groups was excellent except for the Detentions and Officials. I dont think you need an entire group for 1 and 2 members. I would just use a rank and not a group.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 3/10):
Well I couldnt really tell which groups were staff, but I think the only one was the Professor group. If thats the admin group, you have way too many admins. If its the moderator group, why are there no other staff groups? This was very confusing to me.
