The theme has a fixed width and that it's the cause, on the portal you can use widget's anytime . Thank you.

Matei, what about the page background: if I put more or less categories, the grass will not jump up because of their quantity I hope?

It that 2 separate pictures - the sky up & the grass down?

Yes, grass down and sky up, tha grass stay down, does not matter if you have one or more category.

Yes, there are 2 backgrounds, the blue one is the body bg and the grass is the bg of other div.
That's happens when the div with the grass background is less high than your display rezolution(because the grass bg is positioned on bottom where the second div ends so it's nothing to do about it)
