Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
The first thing I noticed is that you havent changed a lot of the given images and layout. You use the same forum icons as were given when you make the forum. The categories are very simple and dont have many forums in them. I dont want to go into too much description here instead of the other categories, but I think the images in the descriptions of the forums are a bit too wide.

On another note, Im not really sure why alan isnt capitalized. I searched it and its about a girl named Dawa Dolma as it says in your forum descriptions. Also, how is it an international forum? Why isnt that capitalized as well?
Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10):
There arent very many categories or forums. I think the rules, news, and intro forums should be in the top category as they are the most important forums in the entire site. Next I think you should have the Alan Chat room and the other popular forums. I think you should change the name of one of the chat rooms. You can name one of the as the General Discussions.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 15/20):
Banner
I think the banner is a good size. I like the fact that it is blue and it is slightly lighter than the forum background color. It looks cool having two images of her especially with one of them faded and one more centered and configured. Again, Im not really sure what you mean about international. I would just include her name and the images you currently have of her.
Navigation Bar
You have too few nav bars in my opinion. Also, the Log In button doesnt have an end blue line. The home button doesnt have one either. I would change that. I like the fact that you have the banner, background color, and navigation bar the same color. I would add a Gallery button and maybe a button to other things like the chatbox or an about us page.
Forum Icons
These are really basic and they are the ones provided. I would like to see an effort to change them. All the icons are quality images, but they dont really relate to your forum at all. I would try using some blue ones since thats the main color of your forum.

Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 7/10):
I like forums with blue themes partially since mine is blue. Yours also has white just like my forum. I would get rid of the grey and exchange it for white. I would also change the layout of your categories and forums so the look more spread out and user friendly.
