Guest Posting with Pre Mod Approval

I've seen this feature on other boards and it helps reduce spammers and trolls while at the same time allowing the benefit and increases in traffic that guest posting provides.

Basically, a guest would post in the usual way but before it appears on the forum an approval email would be sent to the mods with a copy of the post first. The mod would read it and either approve it by clicking on a link in the email (or something along those lines) or not approve it by simply ignoring the email.

Does anyone else think this could be a good idea?
