I think that members of hitskin should be able to create themes for homepages as a lot of people wouldn't have a clue how to make a good homepage.

How It Would Work?
Well hitskin would be put into two sections forums and homepages the same category sortings!
When you go to the submit page you would get a choice, forum or homepage you would select then press next and go to the current submit page.

Changes To Forumotion?
Yes, this would mean that changes to forumotion would have to be made so people can download straight to a html page.

Benefits?
Less people spending money on buying themes for external websites so they would spend more on forumotion products!
Less people asking how to do HTML!
More people would use forumotion!
Forum owners would love to flick through some homepages to find what they are looking for!

Good good, yeah it would be nice for new forumers who don't know how to code, just to get them started, even for more experienced fourmers who just don't know the secrets!

Sure, an original homepage is a quality, and not everyone can do them. But, if everyone's got different homepages, you'd loose alot on conformity and simplicity. Also, I see alot of "themes" on HitSkin that I wouldn't even pay to burn, so imagining homepages in these styles.... scary batman

Yes but it will help some people and help template editors people who can't make their own but are very good at editing them. I know a lot of styles are rubbish but the odd one could be a big hit.

This suggestion could benefit un experienced coders and graphic designers. Whilst experienced coders and graphic designers can help the un experienced by creating themes for them.
