Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 20/20):
When I first went to your forum, I was immediately struck with your attractive banner. The background image on the banner was wonderful, but the text was very hard to read. All of the colors mesh well with the flat black background. The home page, the portal, is made well and organized properly. Everything on the home page looks good and is in good order. I also saw some widgets on the index that appears on the portal too, for that, I would suggest you to remove those widgets on the index/forum since they are already on the portal, this will save you more space
Categories & Forums (Score: 8/10):
I love how you have custom designed images for each forum. It looks very good and very organized. Also, the way you have organized all of your forums into the categories is very well done. ~~However, the "Free Area" in my opinion is too broad of a subject -- and you have too many off topic forums in one category. Maybe try moving some forums into another category?~~

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 17/20):
Banner
Nice work on the banner. Even though it's composed of just text and a logo, it's still professional, ~~and it blends in with the header of the forum. Nice work; nothing wrong with the banner.~~ The white thingy colors on the forum makes it kinda messy, I suggest you to remove it, also, the banner has a little bit different color with the forum's color, it's having purple/dark blue color while the forum has black and maroon, I suggest you to partner their colors, it'll look better, but it's still ok if you won't, it's fine as it is

Navigation Bar
I like the navigation bar- the design looks good. I like the flaming text -- I think it matches the rest of your forum perfectly. Also, the color schemes properly match the rest of the forum. However, I would recommend making some sort of distinction with the "Register" button. Since all buttons are the same, that would not draw any attention to any certain button, which in some cases is good, but it could result in a member not noticing that he has new PMs for example.

Forum Icons
I really like the New Posts, No New Posts, and Locked forum icons. They contribute to the theme of the forum. Also, the icons that you have in the forum descriptions look good as well. There's nothing wrong that I found with the forum icons. The forum icons could also have been better since they are default ones

'Who Is Online?' Image
The image looks pretty good, though it doesn't really match the rest of the colors in the forum. The white doesn't look very good on the black, and the image drops below the text to the right. Also, the faded grey "SDA" text that is written doesn't look good with the rest of the image.
Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 10/10):
The colors of the forum perfectly mesh well with all of the images and buttons that are on the forum. I especially like the color of the navigation bar and category titles. Great job here! But the current theme of the forum is a basic theme to be considered for this really nice yu gi oh forum, it could have still been better.

Usergroups

Population of Staff Members (Score: 5/10):
Your moderation staff (Administrators & Moderators) is very low. Each forum that size should have at least 3 moderators. I would certainly add more staff members.
Usergroups in General (Score: 7/10):
I don't like that fact that your forum has 7 user-groups, most of which I didn't even know what they were for. I also don't see why all of your members are classified into their own user-group, but I guess it is part of your forum type. As far as user-groups go, ~~I would add more moderators.~~ I don't think you need to add more moderation groups since the forum is still on it's growing stage, the only thing you need is to hire atleast 2-3 moderators
