More stability for "Roleplay Game"

The main problem with using the roleplay game is that... it simply isn't stable.
Pleasednotsuggestnotusingit.Ihavetoomuchonittoturnbacknow.

Let's say, I want to (Using a Naruto RPG forum as an example LOL) make a list of every jutsu the character knows.
They are in a table and Learnt? is where people type yes if they have learnt that jutsu.
Replace jutsu 1, 2, 3 etc with names.

Name----learnt?
Jutsu 1
Jutsu 2
Jutsu 3
Jutsu 4

etc.

Now what happens if you delete Jutsu 2 and 3 or similar?

The whole Learnt? column goes and you lose ALL jutsu on the list past the row you deleted. (In this case, you lose the whole list after 3)

This has infuriated me many times and I have not found a workaround. Restore isn't really an option because posts may be edited or posted at this time.
So I basically have to redo the whole character sheet in that section and everyone has to edit their own sheets again.

(Also I have noticed things like numbers changing randomly even if they aren't set so that the user can edit their own...)

Should the sheets be edited so that these 'bugs' don't occur?
Thank you if you vote. Sorry if this cannot be done for technical reasons but it should be looked into.
