User-made Groups of Interest or "Clubs"

I was looking for a mod to add User-Made social groups to my forum, and I came across one mod on the PHPBB main forum. It's amazing so far, and it's only in the Alpha stage. It's not at all ready to be added to a live forum, but it'd be great if you guys here at FM would finish it. I'm sure everyone would appreciate it, since it allows users to create and customize a group of a common interest, such as Baseball, or Pokemon, or Video Games.

The Author is far too busy and can't finish it for many months now, you can contact him and ask to finish it, since he's looking for someone to finish it for him. I'm sure everyone would appreciate it and love this if it were added

Apparently there is no current way to link a user group to a specific rank title. While you can do this with post counts if both the group and rank are post count based,
Hi,
When I go on user & groups --> search user --> then try to switch pages it throws me back to the Home tap.
Does anyone know how i can resolve this issue?
Also just found out that I can not click on any user without to be thrown back
