Some sort of feedback system for trading

It would be nice if there were some sort of optional feedback system to use on sites like mine where we trade virtual items. It would be nice if you could pick a name of the system and could enable for only certain users or user groups.

Here is a pic from another website (not forumotion) :





(giftz is the feedback system name)

so when you click on the "giftz" count on their post,
a screen looking something like this would come up:



then a percentage would be shown depending on that person's ratings.

so what do you think?

Good idea! I wonder how WI does it. I guess vBulletin is different.
