Ok, lets' start of first with the title/name of the forum, what I'd thought first about it is the forum is all about space so it might be boring a little bit since most of the people research about it(galixia/galaxie something), but when I came there, the forum content showed about sonic, so my point here is that your forum's name is not common/familiar for sonic forums, but I think you got a pretty unique name for a sonic community, so that's nice, ok, so what I first noticed when I entered is the dark atmosphere the forum has, I think that's fine since the forum has this name 'Galaxia' almost near tot he word galaxy, now to the portal, I guess you had those nice widgets placed there and they're organized properly, although I noticed that it's too long, atleast remove a number of amount of news shown there to shorten the portal a little bit, now, now to the index, I think it looks pretty good with animated sonic images on your forum icons which is shown on each forums, looks nice and a pretty cool atmosphere, the graphics are great for me although some changes would make it better,[I also noticed that the index is long which doesn't look nice though.

Ok, let's start with the organization of the forum, starting with the forums and categories, as what I'm seeing on the index, you're having lots of forums and categories there, I don't think that fits with the activity of the forum since there are less members logging in, first of all, having mentioned that the index is long, I suggest you to hide the subforums shown on the index, it will shorten the index a little bit, also, try combining forums, all the forums in the 'General Chat category' can be placed on 1 forum only named 'General Discussion', same with the 'Universal!' forum which can be combined in 1 forum, like 'Other Countries', ok, on the placement of the categories and forums, there are something wrong there, first, It'll look better if you'll place the 'Rulez' forum first before the 'news' forum, the 'support category' should be placed after the 'Announcements' category since it's something that relates to the forum, although I also don't know why you have a spam forum which definitely looks bad on the index, Just get those things fixed though.
Ok to the graphics of the forum, starting with the banner, For me, it looks great, simple and quite unique for me, the font really fits, although this could have been made better with images of sonic etc. Also, for my perspective, I think it'll also look better if you'll remove the black background of the banner, looks unprofessional for me. your navigation bars are quite simple, I think you can have better than that, removing the white backgorund would make it look better though. The forum icons are cool since they're animated but this can be confusing in times though when you're icons are moving in motion in different movements, the 'who is online?' icon is good, but try making it smaller, it'll look more professional, Try to fix those things up.
The color scheme of the forum is simple and nice too but I would try to put more blues for a sonic forum, however, you would try to make it more complex since you're having lots of forums and there are guests visiting the forum.

In total, the forum has 2,418 members with 78 members, that's quite small amount of total posts for this quite populated forum, you should have atleast 7,000 posts on the forum now but you can try to improve, further more, I'm seeing several forums with quite nice amount posts though, however, try to give/post/focus activity on the forums that are inactive or having less posts, I saw about 10 forums with no posts which definitely looks bad, try posting there atleast 1, I also noticed there are no new post posted since yesterday and today, try posting more to improve the activity of the forum, besides from that, to enhance the activity of your users, try creating contests with nice prices to keep them active since there's less active members, there are only 3 members who are able to log in the last 99 hours, Send out weekly news letters about the latest updates on the forum to get back the inactive users.

You have 6 groups in total, although I don't know what's the real purpose of each group since they have quite different name from the usual name, like the name of the admin group 'Crazypeople', I don't think that name looks good, I suggest you to be more specific about the group name of the admins, other than that, I don't know what are the function of the other groups since they're not specific in they're name, if I'm not really mistaken, there are 6 admins from the 'CrazyPeople' group, I think that's really alot for the forum since there are only less members logging in, try reducing the staff!

As I'd mentioned from my first impressions, the forum had a quite unique name and not most of the sonic forums has, It also looks unique you had this cool animated forum icons, most of the forum doesn't use animated icons for their forum icons spot, most of the widgets on your portal are common though.
