   You've taken some short cuts on your forums and categories, aswell as some spelling and grammar errors. Here's what I've seen that needs fixing.

   Also with your categories and forums.. You might want to add some descripions, this will tell a user what they're about to see, and it helps!

   Banner
   
   Your forum is about everything, Sports, Games et c. But your banner is pokemon? This doesn't relate. Make it fit to your forum. If I came to your forum, I'd think it was about Pokemon and leave immediately. Make banners related to your subject. Banners are the first thing people see.
   
   Navigation Bar
   
   Your navigation bar is stylish. I like how it looks like Neon strips bent into the letters. However, I've seen this design before on forums, and I do believe it is in the graphic design section. Maybe you should hire some Graphic designers to help you out with some graphics.
   
   Forum Icons
   
   I've seen your New Posts, No new posts and Forum locked on other forums too, infact... I've used them myself a few times. This is another thing about uniqueness. It's somewhat critical to a users sucess in the forum industry. People like snazzy forums with cool graphics... It makes them want to come back.
   
   Also, Your Global announcement buttons. They don't fit! All of your buttons are black, and then you get a white announcement buttin with white pixels around it. It's ugly. You should make it fit with a dark colored forum, or change it completely.
   
   Other than this, your icons are ok!
   
   'Who Is Online?' Image
   
   WAaaaaaaaay to big. You need to make this smaller, because right now it looks like it's overwhelming the forum. My reccomended size is 150x150 or a little bigger. This one is about 600x500, and is way to big. It makes everything of your stats want to go into 2 rows, when ideally, it should be in one.
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 6/10):
   
   Ouch. Looking at your usergroup colors on a dark background makes my eyes HURT. The groups are waaay too bright, you might want to change the colors to a darker tone at least. No need to change color groups, since this is a dark forum, you need light colors of groups, if you'll have dark colors of groups, then it'll blend the forum's color scheme making the usergroups harder to read
   
   Your background is nice, and the colors move into a good color to fit into the forum.
   
   
   

1. Population of Groups (Score: 8/10):
   
   You are both Admin and undercoverjamil? You know you can change your name right. Admin panel -> Users -> Admin.
   
   Anyway. For your users to your mod's and admins, It is almost perfect. 5 moderators to 275 users is great.

   3 staff groups. 2 user groups. This is nice, a forum with usergroups. Sadly, it is all moderators in the usergroups and the same people in each one.
