Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 15/20):

As usual, I opened a new tab, pasted the web address and then switched tabs again, so obviously the first thing I saw was the forum title and the favicon. The title is fine but the favicon is boring. You need to get something original for it. Maybe get one of a bear and make the image 16x16.

When I entered your forum for the first time, all I can say is: Wow, Enough ice-cream? Dang, this forum is full of it. May I ask why it is ice-cream and not bears? Because that's what it's all about right?
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):

Your categories and forums are well laid out, except some of the descriptions have grammar issues... Remember to capitalize letters. Also, only some of your forums have descriptions, you should have either all descriptions or no descriptions.

Graphics (Score: 12/20):
Banner

Your banner is unique, which is good. It covers the basic elements of your forums, is bright and inlcudes the title of your forum, (the first thing people see) a banner is a crucial element to the success of your forum (in my mind) and this one fits perfectly with yours.

Navigation Bar

Your navigation bar is not uniuque. It uses the premade images from whatever theme you are using. One suggestion, either make it images, or make the text larger so it is easier to see. I had to search to find them. Bigger text will make it easier to find, and register... Which is what you want.

Forum Icons

Your post reply and new topic icons are the original for this theme... I suggest getting new ones by requesting graphics at Forumotions Forum of the Forums Graphic section. This will come in handy.

Your icons for Categories and forums:

The milkshake ice-cream things are cool, you just need some icons for your Global Announcement and announcement threads, they look really weird among the other icons.

'Who Is Online?' Image

No Image. I suggest you get one, it makes the forum more attractive.

Drogba921, I suggest you to wait, not all of us are having a free time so we don't get time to move the finished requests, the reviewers know when to move it, just had the 3 of us having no free time at the moment, and don't double post in the review section unless separated by 72 hour period.
