Old full games?

Hi,
I was surfing on a gaming forum today and found 2 pages with games.
One page had download links to free multiplayer games (not cracked or patched, but really free like MU online and Trackmania Nations).
The other page had many old free games.
games from the 90s. Games like Doom 1 & 2, The lion king, Aladin, etc... Those games can be downloaded. They are full, not trials or anything. And I don't think they are being sold anymore...
So I was wondering, am I allowed to:
- Put free multiplayer games on my forum?
- Put downloads to old games from the 90s, like Doom and Aladin?
It wouldn't be considered as Warez or anything, right?

Yes you're right !! You are not allowed to download whatever it can be without having the permission of the original auteur to do so. It's forbidden, and that could bring you in front of the court if you do so.

Well am I allowed to put a link to the site of the multiplayer game?
