My first impressions where ok. The forums seems too simple in my opinion. It doesn't have any features that would want to make me stay there. I also noticed your forum doesn't have any widgets or even a portal. I do like the favicon and the banner and scrolling image work nicely together. The header and the navigation bar also work together nicely as they have similar blue and black colors. I would suggest removing the description because it really isn't neseccary. I think everyone can figure out your forum is about rottweilers from the banner and other images.

The forum is really wide and takes up more space than it needs. If you don't know what I mean, look at all the empty space between the forum name/description. The forum icons (no new posts/new posts/closed) are pretty big and the who is online image is on the small side. You might want to try using an image resizer or just make the images bigger via photoshop.

It was interesting reviewing your banner because it's one big image but it has several small images in it. The banner doesn't have the highest possible quality nor do the smaller images. I noticed that you uploaded it as a .jpg. You can try uploading it as a .png since those are higher quality. Anyway, it is a pretty cool banner, but the quality just needs some improvements.

I think this navigation bar was in the forumotion proposals. It works well for your forum since you have quite a bit of black and the category names are blue. I think the buttons on the nav bar could be a little bigger and the space between the buttons varies.

The topic icons are way too big for me. It almost matches the favicon which is a cool feature. I would make them smaller and use more attractive colors. The Who Is Online image is a small .gif file I think and the quality on that isn't all that great either.

From what I saw, this forum is very inactive. When I was reviewing it, only 4 forums had a post made today. All the others weren't posted in for weeks. A couple times when I logged in to look at it, I was the only person online. Your forum does have average out to about 25 posts to each member. That's not bad, so keep up the good work there.

Three groups for 82 members isn't bad. However, I definitely think you can only use two. The Junior Admins group isn't necessary. An admin is an admin. They can all see the admin panel.The member group is always useful. Next I looked at how many people are in each group. You have 8 total admins, which is WAY too many. My old forum had 5000 members and 2 admins. Yours had 82 members and 8 admins. That amounts to an admin for every 10 users. A better ration would be an admin for every 1500-2000 members. I also noticed you don't have a moderator group which is interesting.

Outside of the navigation bar, I have never seen anything like your forum before. The banner is very interesting. Just try to improve the quality a bit, but it's a very good idea. The head toolbar is also useful, but I don't think it displays enough information. Also, there isn't a lot of room ont he left side of the toolbar for scrolling text.
