I think a feature should be added were our members can personally customize there profile background, block heaters, ect.

I agree, but administrators (and possibly moderators) would have the ability to edit the HTML

Would be a nice option but there would be way to many issues with malicious code and things of the like. Sorry I have to vote no.

There's no much of a reason to go on anyones profile. Besides, why would you want members to mess up your site design?
