Quick Review

Pros:

• Background, banner, and navigation bar all use similar colors
  
• A favicon that is relevant to your site
  
• New/No New/Closed icons match the forum background as well
  
• I like the posting buttons. It's a nice shade of blue and it works on your forum well
  
• Good amount of forums to post in
  

Cons:

• Forum icons aren't the greatest quality and they are different sizes
  
• There are too many groups and some are unnecessary
  
• When I was reviewing the forum, there was no one else online
  
• I don't really see the need for the banned HTML page
  
• "Annoyed by the ads in the website? Well register ad they'll go away!!" is one of your scrolling announcements. Firstly, there are no ads, secondly, you spelled AND wrong.
  
• There is a lot of space for affiliates
  
• The forum scrolls a bit to the right
  

The biggest things that need some improvement in my opinion are the usergroups. You don't need to have a forum owner and an administrators group. People will know that the owner is the moderator of the admin group. I also don't see the point for a staff reviewers and reviewers group. If they aren't staff, why do the get their own color? I also don't think you need a group for retired staff, especially since it seems like a new site.

The next section that needs improvements are the images under the name of the forum. They are different sizes and the quality isn't great. It just looks like you found some from other sites and added them to your forum.

Finally, I think you have way too much space for affiliates. You don't really need to affiliate forums at the top and bottom as well as an affiliate widget. I would suggest removing all of them and just making a HTML page.
