First Impressions - ( 11 / 20 )

First of all, I must say that the forum has an akward name(WBKY) that might affect the forum, although that looks original of the forum's name so I wouldn't mind more about it, ok, I'll go straightly with the review, when I first came there, firs with the portal, I think the atmosphere I noticed first is there are things uneccessary placed there, because I saw lots of contents on the portal, such as the videos etc. It just came to my mind that there's lots there placed on the portal which doesn't look good, there's need of some fixing there, I would suggest to place the 'facebook' widget on the side, it only takes a little portion of it, placing it on the side would the portal more space, try also reducing the amount of videos to 1 there, I kind of notice it's useless to post 2 or more, sort that up on the portal.
Now to the index, I first noticed a large gap of width, I would have to try to scroll to the right to see some remaining contents there, so I suggest you to reduce the forum's width, I also noticed you also had lots of widgets on the index, I suggest removing the widgets on the right side, I think this is the solution to reduce the width of your index/forum, it'll also save you more space, further more, what I noticed on the index is it looks under construction, mostly because there are no posts on several forums, & some forums have description while others have none, so try to fix those things up.

Graphics & Layout - ( 9 / 20 )

Starting with the graphics, particularly with the major graphics, I'm not impressed with the banner the forum has, in fact, I'm confused with it's structure, the 1st layer(left portion) has clouds as its background, the 2nd layer(center portion) has lightning as its background and 3rd layer(right portion) has clouds again as its background, that doesn't look good overall, stick on one background only, and I also don't know the images on the left portion of the banner(having this fonts: ESL & TM), I suggest removing it as it makes the banner look like an advertisement, sort the banner up. The navigation bars are nice, it fits to the color of the forum, the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are also nice icons, For the 'Who is Online?' icon, I don't know what are stated there but I suggest you to get a new one that fits to the forum's color scheme.
Now, to the layout & organization of the forum, as I'd mentioned on the first impression part, about the index looking under construction, one more you need to fix there is I saw 2 forums with images on them, while some have none, if you'll try to have an image to a forum, have also with the rest so that the index won't look incomplete, try to fix that, Now to the categories & forums, i noticed you have lots of them, I'm also confused on this criteria, I don't know which are the important forums or the forums related to the content of the forum & the off-topic forums, I suggest you to re-position them, Place the most important category on the 1st portion(Rules category) and the non-related categories to the bottom part and so on, sort that up, now, also seeing there are lots of forums with no posts, I suggest placing them in a forum as sub-forum that relates with it, it'll look better than showing them up, also, add descriptions to forums that doesn't have it! For obvious reasons, Update that one
Now to the color scheme of the forum, I think it looks fine as it is, you just need to fix the organization of the forum.

The activity of the forum overall is not good, it's user's activity over posting activity, so that means there are more of users activity(logging users) than posts made on the forum, that doesn't look good though, ok, describing the posting activity of the forum, I must say it's a poor posting activity, considering the population & the no. of users logging in, the things that I can only suggest here is to keep posting and more on the forums having no posts! this will gain it more activity, now to the user's activity, this is what's great on the forum, there are several members logging in each period. Just keep the forum updated to get them back.

Staff & Usergroups - ( 18 / 20 )

Starting with the groups, 4 groups is nice amount and you have nice set of groups, all of them seems to have purpose, however, I noticed this 'WBKY' group, it's a group for members right? I suggest you to be more specific, renaming it to 'WBKY Members' will look better, now to the staff groups, I will just count the number of staffs on the 'member connected last 24 hours' because I can't see it as a guest, ok, I saw 1 admin only, If you really had 1 admin only(which is you), that's fine, I don't see the need of adding more admin considering the activity of the forum, I saw 2 mods, that's also a nice amount at the moment, ok, I must say that you had nice amount of staff and including the groups.

Originality & Unique Quality - ( 15 / 20 )

As I'd mentioned form the first impressions, the forum name is quite unique, just an acronym, so that's a nice one, what more it seems unique is the banner too, although I didn't liked it, it looks unique having different layers on it, but I suggest you to change it as I'd mentioned earlier.
