Here you go. Let me know if this one is ok. Never done a banner of this kind before so I took a go at it. I mainly do horror and dark themed banners.
I know you asked for 2 images, but I thought it looked more balanced with the 3 images.

Earlier today producer Kondo Hikaru tweeted the announcement of a 「Anime Tenchou x Touhou Project」 anime collaboration project. It will be produced by ufotable. It is the 3rd of 10 projects being done to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Anime Tenchou.
