Ok, sorry but your forum is under construction, I would have reviewed this by now, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to do reviews this week but only right now so you'll definitely need to wait for nextweek(weekend) because that's the only time I can do reviews.

Warrior Cats World

First Impressions -Rating :Poor
I'll start the review on the portal, so when I first came there, there's a really good organization of widgets there, they're nicely arranged although I noticed that your portal is too long, I suggest you reducing the amount of news shown on your 'news' widget to shorten it otherwise it'll look unprofessional, so try to sort that up. So when I came up on the index, I'm still seeing widgets there, I don't if it's really needed to be there since the widgets there can already by seen on the portal so it doesn't look good to see repeating widgets over and over again, if you want a widget on the index, try to have one that's not found/seen on your portal, so when i came to the middle part of the index, I just noticed that it really looks blank or there are lots of space around, like several/lots of forums doesn't have any posts and no graphics for no new posts icons, that's definitely not a good impression, the index is too long too, why not try to hide the subforums to shorten the index, same as the portal that doesn't look professional at all. Through i liked your Forum's color scheme at all, the atmosphere of the forum is calming from those colors.

Graphics & Layout - Rating: Poor
Let's start with the major graphics, to the banner, I'd say that the banner is really nice, I think it really fits to the forum's subject and I don't see anything wrong with it, so I guess the banner is fine and nice, to the navigation bars, they're all the default ones, and looks simple at the 1st place, although they look very fitting for your forum's theme, you can still try to upload new navigation bars that would make the index look better, so try other navigation bars that would fit to the forum's theme too, so for the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked), you don't have any from your 'no new post & forum is locked' which you need to get to since there are no forum icons from the index view which makes the index look incomplete, so try to upload icons there, the 'who is online?' icon is fine, it looks epic, so that's fine.
Now, for the organization and content of the forum, first of all, I would say that you have lots of forums and categories on the index which doesn't look good at all, why not try to reduce or hide some for the meantime since the forum is not that active at the moment, try also hiding the subforums from the index view to shorten the index a bit, also, the organization of the forums are confusing, the important forums are hard to find, the 'news & 'rules' forum should be located on the top and off topic forums should be at the bottom, try to fix that out.
For the forum's color scheme/lay out, as I'd mentioned from the beginning, I like the forum's color scheme, it looks really calming from the blue colors of the forum, so I guess that's fine

Forum Activity - Rating: Average
First of all, from my first impressions, when you're looking at the index and analyzing the activity of the forum, it really looks inactive since you have lots of forums without any posts and most of the forums doesn't gain any activity at the moment so that's why I'm suggesting you to hide subforums, though I noticed that some forums have new posts which looks good, the total amount of posts is brilliant, just need to get some posts on some forums, though i just noticed that the user's activity is not that good, there are only about 8 members logged in 24 hours out of 101 users, try to create contests or create newsletters for inactive members so they know what's currently happening on the forum.

Staff & Usergroups - Rating: Very Poor
Ok, starting with the groups, first of all, I don't know what the groups are all about, I don't know which is the admin, moderator etc. group which is definitely a bad impression when you're looking at the groups, since I don't have any idea about your groups, I just suggest you to be specific about the admin/mod/staff's groups, so members and guests will know who is who in case something happens to the forums.

Originality & Unique Quality - Rating: Average
The best thing or original quality the forum has is the forum itself, I don't quite see forums about cats so that's definitely a good originality, also, I must mention that your groups are also little bit original in terms of their names.
